艾滋病初筛有望“自助”

　　近日，国内首个通过收集唾液，快速检测艾滋病的诊断试剂，获得国家药监局审批上市。记者昨天从北京生物技术和新医药产业促进中心了解到，“HIV口腔黏膜渗出液检测试剂”是一个简单的手持式刷棒，将有海绵的一端放入口腔摩擦，收集到唾液，再经过五种试剂的“过滤”，30分钟内，即可肉眼观察到棒底的变色情况，以初步判断自己是否感染了艾滋病。由于唾液收集方便易行，未来有望让更多高危人群自愿“自助”筛查自己感染艾滋病的风险。本报记者 魏铭言
