解说：在木渣洛村，许多村民得知我们的到来后都跑来诉说他们的遭遇。近些年因为吸毒和感染艾滋病导致死亡的人越来越多，许多家庭甚至完全崩溃了。如今艾滋病开始向更稚嫩的生命蔓延。
奶奶：我是奶奶。
记者：奶奶啊。
奶奶：妈妈死了，爸爸也死了。
记者：妈妈爸爸都是吸毒？
奶奶：吸毒了，得艾滋病。两个都是吸毒得艾滋病死了。这个有艾滋病的就是她。
记者：这小孩啊，多大了？
奶奶：11岁。
记者：哦，11岁，她叫什么名字？
奶奶：吉克阿呷。
记者：本来是一个很美好的名字吉克阿呷，但这孩子从小就因为父母亲吸毒感染了艾滋病已经去世了，但是给这个奶奶留下了一个艾滋病感染的孩子，这孩子今年如果按照彝族的岁数算是12岁。
解说：12岁的吉克阿呷因为父母都是艾滋病，从而感染了病毒，从她胳膊上的脓疮来判断她已经病发。
记者：你知道你叫什么名字吗？叫什么名字？
吉克阿呷：吉克阿呷。
记者：吉克阿呷今年几岁？
吉克阿呷：12岁。
记者：12岁。吉克阿呷是一个很漂亮的小姑娘，多美丽的一对眼睛，戴着一个非常漂亮的耳环，吉克阿呷现在还要面对很多，身体最近有些什么不舒服吗？
记者：哦头烂了，脚烂了，打开我看看，头和脚都烂了。头和脚都溃烂了，头部也溃烂了是吧，这个是，看看我看看，你别摸。
解说：跟着祖孙二人，我们来到了她们的家。家里空空荡荡的，落满了尘土显得十分破旧。不过从房间的装修来看，她们的家庭情况在当年绝对算得上是村里数一数二的。
记者：这是他们夫妻相？这是阿呷？
奶奶：这是阿呷的妈妈，这是爸爸。
记者：这是她爸爸，现在能留下来的就只有这张？这个也不是。
奶奶：这个不是。
记者：这个是她爸爸。
解说：吉克阿呷的爸爸是村里较早外出打工的，那个时候赚了不少钱，一家生活相当富足，周围的邻居都十分羡慕他们。
记者：你什么时候发现他们，他跟你的儿媳妇吸毒的？
奶奶：结婚以后就有了，结婚那年就开始吸毒。
记者：结婚以后就有。
奶奶：20多岁的时候，结婚以后就开始吸毒。
记者：当初是自己去买，还是别人给他的，知道吗？
马海木机：外面的朋友和他一起吸的，后来他自己染上毒品以后，有瘾的时候就戒不了了，他自己吸了，他爸爸也打过他，或者是教育过很多，他不听，主要是戒不了，就是他老婆也吸了，一家人吸毒的话谁也劝不了谁，除非一个吸一个不吸才可以。
解说：最初他们吸毒并没有影响家里的收入，一家仍旧生活富足。然而儿子在28岁的时候感染上了艾滋病，全家的情况急转直下。
马海木机：28岁就开始发病了，这三年去治疗，一会好，一会又不好，这样三年精神就不好。老婆听到就离婚了。
记者：离婚了。就把孩子丢下走了？
马海木机：过不了了就到娘家去了
记者：到娘家去了
马海木机：现在不知道死活。
解说：从那时起，3岁的吉克阿呷就跟着奶奶一起生活。除了照片，她已经对父亲完全没有了印象。
记者：阿呷的父母亲如果不感染了艾滋病，不吸毒，这原来是个非常好的家庭，非常幸福美满，而且已经有一点准现代化的装饰，从这个空空荡荡的，这个房子，我们再也找不到一个家庭温暖的痕迹，就看到孤寡老人，带着一个没有生机，而且连下一代都不一定有生存的希望，这是现实非常严酷的现实。
解说：然而灾难并没有结束，随着吉克阿呷身体成长的加快，她体内携带的艾滋病毒也愈发活跃。原本在读小学的她，最终不得不终止了学业，接受定期的治疗。
马海木机：老师对她很好，对阿呷很好，那个阿呷的奶奶说，老师对她说你把小孩背到学校里好吧，阿呷是个很好的一个女孩，很听话的，她很乖，她不能失去读书，这样的。她就去年6月份就发病了，失去了读书，就没有机会进教室了。但是奶奶很心疼。娃娃得了这样的疾病就上不起学了，上不了学了。她很伤心，现在阿呷她自己说，她就是在心里面，在学校认识一些朋友，可能她心里面在学校里有感情，她现在说的话是，她很想读书。
解说：离开学校就意味着离开了她的伙伴，她不想变成孤独一人。然而她的身体情况，以及药物治疗带来的巨大经济压力，都使得重回学校这件事成了遥不可及的梦想。
马海木机：阿呷跟奶奶说，奶奶你有150块钱吗，给她150块的助学金她就住学校里面去读。她不住学校里面的话，她回来不了，走不了路。这样要求奶奶，奶奶就哭了，住在学校里面没有用，它没有宿舍，她的孙女很想读书，她对这些孙女的要求很难过。
解说：吉克阿呷每天都在服用着成人的抗生素类药品，奶奶也只能用这种办法延续着孙女的生命。吉克阿呷用她的那双大眼睛观察着一切，对于过去的、以至于将来的灾难她似乎仍未知晓。
记者：吉克阿呷，吉克阿呷你告诉我，你的愿望是什么，吉克阿呷，吉克阿呷美丽的姑娘，你有什么愿望，你最想得到什么，跟爷爷说？
吉克阿呷：我想读书。
马海木机：她很想读书。
记者：你想读书？你能大声的跟爷爷说，你想读书。大声说，大声跟爷爷说。
吉克阿呷：我想读书。
杨锦麟：吉克阿呷，吉克阿呷一个美丽的名字，一个美丽的彝族小姑娘，她的艾滋病的症状已经非常的明显，她现在发低烧，出冷汗，浑身无力，已经没有办法到学校去上学，我们问了她的愿望，她想了很久，才说她最想的就是想读书，可是这个孩子，连这个最起码的接受教育的这样的愿望，很可能都没有办法实现，毒品对彝族兄弟，对大凉山区，对我们每一个寨子，所带来的祸害，而这个祸害并不因为那些吸毒者，那些艾滋感染的人死去而告结束，它们还在遗祸着下一代，这是一次非常坚重的一个走读，吉克阿呷，那弱小的生命，和她最起码的心愿，让我们听起来心碎。
