在萧艾滋病患者 本地人占一半多

今年1—6月，我区新发现艾滋病感染者较去年同期增加56%。针对日益严峻的防艾形势，我区启动了“疾控医疗机构社区”综合管理模式，加强对艾滋病感染者和病人的管理。

艾滋病是一种目前尚无有效治愈方法、病死率极高的传染病。随着全球艾滋病的迅速传播，萧山艾滋病病毒感染人数近年来也在不断上升。
据区卫生部门数据统计，今年1—6月，我区新发现艾滋病感染者20多例，较去年同期增加56%。截至6月底，我区艾滋病感染者和病人已累计达200多例。其中，近三年新发现的感染者、病人数占70%以上。
为进一步加强对艾滋病感染者和病人的管理，日前，区卫生部门正式启动防艾“铁三角”管理模式，将原先由区疾控中心单一管理的模式向“疾控医疗机构社区”综合管理模式转变。
本地人占感染人数一半以上
小林（化名）是我区某镇街的村民。由于贪玩，他经常出入一些娱乐场所。2009年的一天，他突然感到身体很不舒服，几天后他去医院做了检查，没想到，得到的结果竟是艾滋病。而最让他感到伤心自责的是，他的妻子也受到了牵连，感染了艾滋病毒。
近年来，和小林一样感染艾滋病毒的本地患者正在逐渐增多。记者从区疾控中心了解到，从2000年我区发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者以来，我区艾滋病病毒感染人数不断上升，并出现由外地人群向本地人群、高危人群向普通人群扩散的趋势。目前，在我区已发现的艾滋病感染者和病人中，本地人已占了一半以上。
为何本地人群感染艾滋病的人数越来越多？区疾控中心的相关专家表示，不安全的性行为已成为我区艾滋病传播的第一途径，这也是本地人群感染艾滋病的主要原因。“在对本地艾滋病感染者、病人的调查中发现，大部分都是因婚外性行为导致。”该专家告诉记者，尤其需要引起注意的是，随着艾滋病感染者越来越多，配偶间感染的几率也在增加。目前，已发现10对夫妻间传播的病例。
启动防艾“铁三角”管理模式
由于社会的偏见，艾滋病感染者、病人一旦得知自己的病情，往往会出现回避、失踪等情况，对有效控制病情非常不利。
针对这一情况，我区自发现首例艾滋病感染者以来，便建立了一套以“科学化防治、规范化管理、人性化服务”为主要内容的关怀措施。由区疾控中心及时介入，给予所有发现的感染者、病人较为规范的全程管理。这些年，区疾控中心为每一名生活在萧山的感染者、病人提供免费咨询、检测，并建立定期随访和专家会诊、转介制度，为艾滋病人申请免费抗艾滋病药物治疗。
“但是，随着目前我区艾滋病感染者和病人的快速增多，由疾控中心管理的单一模式已不适应当前的艾滋病疫情形势和管理要求。”区卫生部门有关负责人表示，为适应艾滋病流行新形势，探索和完善艾滋病病毒感染者、病人的管理机制，整合利用我区公共卫生资源，决定启动防艾“铁三角”管理模式，将原先由区疾控中心单一管理的模式向“疾控医疗机构社区”综合管理模式转变。
根据部署，从7月份起，区疾控中心、全区各社区卫生服务中心和定点治疗机构将分工负责，做好艾滋病感染者和病人的阳性发现报告、随访管理和抗病毒治疗工作。

District CDC's experts said that unprotected sex has become the first region of HIV transmission channel, which is the main reason for the local population infected with AIDS.
