动词come（续三）
come down动词+副词
When did you come down from Oxford? （你什么时候从牛津毕业的？）这里come down表示从大学毕业，特别是像牛津，剑桥这样的名大学。
Do you think Sir Run Run Shaw will come down again when our school needs more money? （我们学校再要钱时邵逸夫先生会给吗？）这里come down表示出钱，多数情况下是表示送钱。邵逸夫先生曾获英国女皇颁发的爵士勋位（Knight Bachelor），所以在他的名字前冠以Sir。他曾经出资捐助过国内多所大、中学校。
