“医托”频出手病患频遭殃 记者揭穿“医托”手段

编者按：俗话说，什么都可以有，就是不能有病。本来生病就是一件不幸的事，然而更不幸的是在看病途中遇到黑心“医托”，结果病没治好，钱也没了。这些“医托”通常使用什么样的手段去欺骗病人？患者如何快速识别“医托”的真面目？相关部门又应采取什么措施去打击他们？从即日起，本报将推出系列防范“医托”的报道，希望能给病患者带来一双慧眼，不再承受身与心的双重之痛。更希望相关部门能拿出具体好办法，让这种丑陋的现象早日消失。
东拼西凑筹医药费，甚至卖了家里的猪、牛，或其他值钱的家当，辗转坐上开往南宁的车，就想找一家大医院看好病。但有些人还未进医院，就被“好心人”带到了一些“祖传秘方”或“外地专家”所在的诊所、“医院”，结果病没好，钱也没了。
连日来，记者在南宁市卫生监督所以及各大医院，听到、看到许多这样的投诉和哭诉，大家在为这些外地病患的遭遇叹息时，也总结出一些“医托”常用的手段，以提醒病患们注意防范。
“现身说法”型
投诉案例：2009年底的一天早晨，南宁市卫生监督所综合执法科的执法人员刚上班，就见单位大门口有一名青年提着两只大袋子站在那里，起初，执法人员还以为他是要去出差的人。但很快，这名青年在别人的指引下来到了综合科，原来他是来投诉的。
这名青年说，他是从外地来的，他母亲三叉神经痛，他和家人就带老人到了广西医科大一附院，准备做手术，但医生告诉他们，当天没有床位，得等。正当一家人商量怎么办时，一个人凑上来闲聊，一听老人的病情，马上说：“我家的老人也得过这样的病，这个病很痛的呀，老人家太可怜。”有了共同语言，家人急忙询问具体情况，那个人说，他家的老人后来去南宁市济南路一家诊所找一个老医生治好了，还说“这个病不用开刀的，吃点药就好了。老人年纪那么大，开刀会很辛苦”等等，并热情地说，如果他们愿意相信他，他可以带他们去找济南路那家诊所的老医生。
一家人商量后，决定带老人去试试。诊所里一位“老医生”看过老人后，开了7000多元的药，整整两大编织袋。然而，老人在吃了几付药后，病情非但不减轻，还疼得更厉害了。这时，一家人才意识到可能上当了。
采访见闻：“现身说法”型是医托们最常用、最“古老”的方法之一，但也是最奏效的手段。记者在南宁市卫生监督所以及各大医院了解到的案例中，90%左右都使用了这种手段。
“医托”们用“切身的体会”拉近与病患的距离，利用病患们“病急乱投医”的心理，使其上当受骗。广西医科大一附院的医生说，一些病人已经在他们医院挂了号，甚至已经看过病开好了处方，最后还是被“医托”的花言巧语所迷惑。上当受骗的，不仅有外地的病人，还有南宁的一些市民。不管是到卫生监督所投诉或前来医院反映情况的病人，几乎所有被骗的结局“都是扛着一大编制袋的‘草药’回去，且药费都在数千元之多”。
“外地专家”+“免费义诊”型
投诉案例：南宁市卫生监督所还接到过这样一个投诉电话：一名柳州求助者说，他的父亲患了肝癌晚期，前不久，他们把父亲带到广西医科大附属肿瘤医院治疗。刚到医院门口，一个手里也拿着病历和照片的陌生人就上来搭讪，大家就攀谈起来。聊天中，这位陌生人告诉他们一个信息，大沙田“一家医院”现在来了一个北京的专家，是专治肝癌的，很有名，而且还是义诊，不需要挂号费，很多人现在都去找他看病。陌生人说得活灵活现，听者就动了心。他们把老父亲用担架抬到大沙田的这家“医院”，见到了北京的“专家”。“专家”给他们开了几千元的“草药”。
回到柳州后，这位求助者的父亲病情不见好转，却日益恶化。这时，他突然想起，那位“专家”讲话的口音似乎是本地人，急忙打电话给南宁卫生监督所，希望能帮查查有没有一位北京专家在这家“医院”坐诊。随后，执法人员到这家诊所调查，既没发现有求助者所说的那位医生，也没有求助者所说的“肿瘤科”科室。
采访见闻：迷信“北京、上海的专家”，使不少病患上了当。卫生监督部门的执法人员提醒，外地专家来南宁看病，都必须经过当地卫生行政部门的审核批准。这些“专家”有没有执业资格、是不是真正的专家，能不能在某医院坐诊，相关的批准文件就可以证明，病患不妨请他们出示一下，最好到执法部门核实再行动不迟。
一些外地病人并不了解南宁医疗资源的情况，明明是冲着正规大医院来的，最后到了大医院还被忽悠到一些不规范的民营医院，看到有大楼就以为到了“大医院”，结果盲目相信，害了自己。
还有一些外地病人，因为手中拿着的X光片、CT片，其外套上记载有个人信息，一些“医托”就自称也是病人老家的人或在那里生活过，套近乎后行骗。因此，执法人员提醒，外地病人确定了就医目标，不要轻易相信陌生人，轻易改变自己的就医目标。
“祖传秘方”型
投诉案例：南宁市第四人民医院一位医生的病人，因为患了甲亢，想到一家医院看病，结果被医托忽悠，找到了一个有“祖传秘方的草医”。“草医”给她开了一大袋药，她认真地吃药治疗。不久，这位病人跟朋友见面，朋友一看，吓了一跳：病人的皮肤已经变成了“像橘子皮”一样的黄色，朋友急忙叫她到四医院就诊。检查之下，病人的转氨酶数值竟上千（正常人在0~50之间）！“住院！马上住院！再吃下去，你的命都没了！”连医生都被这位“神医”的药给吓住了。
采访见闻：疑难杂症的病人往往是医托最容易得手的对象。癌症、肺结核、肝炎以及各种慢性病、疑难病，目前的医疗技术没有太好的治疗效果，这时，希冀出现奇迹的病人最容易相信“祖传秘方”。一位传染病医院的医生告诉记者，她的一位曾被骗的艾滋病病人说，那名“神医”自称他治疗艾滋病的秘方是祖传的，已经传了100多年了。这位医生听后哭笑不得，因为艾滋病从发现病例至今也不过几十年。
“熟悉内情”型
投诉案例：在自治区人民医院门诊主任杨诚的门诊日志里，有这样一个投诉：
2008年4月6日下午2时许，一位病人来到自治区人民医院门诊三楼，这时已经有几十个病人在排队了。排在她后面的一个40多岁、皮肤较黑、穿着普通、像农村妇女的“病人”主动向其他病人不停地介绍：“今天下午这里只有两名医生上班，看来我们又排不上队了……我是宫颈炎，原来在某某医院找某某老主任，一次就看好了，还不如我们几个人去那里看病还快些呢。”
一些宫颈炎患者听她说得有道理，也担心当天下午排不上队，最后共有4位排队的病人一起去了某某医院，那位病人也在其中。那些病人到了某某医院后，一位胖胖的老“专家”接诊，化验、B超、治疗。在区人民医院院只需要50元的治疗费（广西统一收费标准），在那里收费280元；不需放药的病人，也被放了药，收费130元；不需输液的，也输液，收费60多元……那位病人回家后，病情不见好转，反而感觉更加难受，因此，她再次到区医院妇科看病时，来到门诊反映了情况，根据病人出示她在某某医院看病的全部发票和用药情况，医院专家告诉她，有些治疗方法是不必要的，有的则根本是不正确的。
