输血不慎导致一家三口染病 探访一个艾滋病家庭

医院输血不慎导致外地来苏州打工的张杰一家三口染上艾滋病，一个原本祥和美满的家庭生活就此被打破。本月就在张杰之妻因艾滋病饮恨去世1周年之际，张杰遭遇双重打击：上诉请求被驳回；全家衣食无着，他和爱女停止正规治疗已达1月有余。人们不禁要问：这个特殊家庭还能再维持下去吗？
张杰是湖北省南漳县人，8年前他怀着与众多打工者一样的憧憬携家来到了苏州市。勤劳、朴实的他从运货工做起，在小有积蓄之后又和爱妻在城南开了一家理发店，由于夫妻二人理发手艺好，加之价格公道，理发店生意很快火了起来，这时妻子又怀孕了，眼看美好的生活在向张杰走来，殊不料天灾人祸却从天而降，将张杰苦心创立的美满生活砸了个稀烂。
1998年初，张杰妻子妊娠时出于保养身体的角度出发，先后在原吴县市第一人民医院及张杰老家南漳县第二人民医院输血。谁料到输血的同时也把可怕的艾滋病病毒输入到张妻体内，接下来张杰及其爱女也都染上了这一“世界瘟疫”。去年年初，由于身体不适等特殊反应，在医生劝告下张杰一家人先后查出：HIV抗体呈阳性。在晴天霹雳之后，排除了其它途径传播的可能性，张杰一家人确定是输血感染。去年11月，张妻含恨离开了人世。为讨回公道，张杰将有关医院及供应血制品的相关单位悉数告上法庭，全家陷入了一场旷日持久的法律诉讼中。
在得知相关信息后，记者昨日来到张杰原先的临时住所，得知他一家已经搬走了。在询问过程中，只要记者一提到张杰的名字，知晓的人往往是脸色一变，便以不知道为由，怕传染瘟疫般躲得远远的。据其一个好心邻居讲，张杰一家刚搬到这里时觉得他们一家人都挺可亲的：人见人爱的幼女、慈眉善目的张母以及性格内向但乐于助人的张杰。尽管如此，邻居还是发现张家有些神秘———张家各类叫不上名的药品众多，同时绝少待客吃饭，也很少上街吃饭，张女时不时发低烧且脸上常有奇怪的红斑。前不久，张杰一家突然搬走后众邻居才得知是艾滋病作的怪，物业单位强制令其搬走，一时间众邻居闻“艾”色变，大人小孩纷纷到医院作艾滋病检查。
在经历一番艰难的探访后，记者终于找到张杰的一个要好朋友，在她指引下，记者来到城南，通过一处泥泞的工地，来到张杰的现住所。
记者看到，除了一台21英寸彩电外，家里面仅有几件简单生活用具，床铺也是用板凳及石砖拼凑而成，已到中午，张家灶台依旧清冷。由于是爱妻忌辰加之官司败诉的缘故，张杰心境不佳早早出门，为治疗筹钱去了。对于他的去向张母也一无所知。面对家里的境况，张母感到很无奈。据了解，自从今年5月17日吴中区人民法院开始审理张杰一家输血引起艾滋病赔偿诉讼案起，经过一番调查取证，法院发现张杰老家南漳县第二人民医院疑点众多，该院在庭审中提供不出采血许可证，又未按卫生部的强制性规定对供血者的血液作艾滋病、梅毒等相关测试，便使用了自行采集的血液。此外当地有关医疗用品单位在庭上也未能提供自己经营血液制品的许可证，也不能说清人体血蛋白的合法进货渠道。
9月10日，吴中区人民法院一审判决，湖北省南漳县第二人民医院一次性赔偿张家父女医疗费等共计26万余元，然后每年赔偿父女俩每人9万余元，直到康复。而张杰根据每年治疗费及国民平均寿命测算下来需1070万元，加之精神赔偿及死者医疗费共需1288万余元。由于赔偿数额悬殊过大，张杰对判决结果不服并在规定时间内向苏州市中级法院提出上诉，但近日该上诉请求遭驳回。
“这病真的是让我们家家破人亡呀！”在采访中，张母不停地念叨这句话。据她讲，由于各种意想不到的原因，原定的26万元赔偿金至今没有全额发到他们手中，先期支付的5万多块钱大部分用于还债，剩下的一点钱根本不够这一特殊家庭的正常开销。
记者注意到，张家小桌上的很多药瓶都已是空空如也，据张母讲，由于经济异常拮据，实际上张杰父女二人早在一个多月前就已停止了正规治疗，张杰靠外地一些好心大夫寄的艾滋病试验药勉强维持身体状态。
“叔叔，你知不知道我妈妈何时能回来呀？”张杰 4岁不到的爱女在奶奶身边不时地向记者提出这样的问题。据张母讲，小孙女现在还不知道她妈妈已经去世了，家里人只告诉她妈妈回老家还没回来。两眼炯炯有神，红扑扑的小脸蛋让张女一看就人见人爱，可谁又能想到，就在这个幼小的身躯中竟藏有令人闻之色变的艾滋病病毒。据说，张女从这个月开始以来一直伴有奇特的低烧，这就是艾滋病通常表现出来的显著症状。一想到艾滋病连这么小的孩子也不放过，张母终于抑制不住情感，一时间老泪纵横。别看张女年纪小，但见过她的人都说她比其他同龄孩子要懂事，据张母讲，小孩子天性对好吃的、好玩的感兴趣，但张女见到这些总是摇头并说爸爸还未赚到钱，等家里有钱了爸爸一定会买给她的。
无法看病、缺衣少吃也许还不是张家现实中的最迫切问题，其它的问题目前已摆在了桌面上。据张母讲，自从被业主赶了出来，张家这一特殊的家庭时时刻刻承受在巨大的生活及精神压力下，眼下虽然住在亲戚买下的商品房，房屋业主却以各种理由要求他们全家搬出来，经过再三请求，总算以等到剩余赔偿款拿到后再搬的“借口”拖了下来，但这终究不是长久之计。况且目前邻居们尚不知道张家的奇特遭遇，毕竟纸包不住火，一旦晓得内情，邻里间的紧张气氛在所难免，由于老家已没有了房子，如果没有房住，这一家人真的是要到街上流浪了。
临末，从小孙女的天真无邪眼光中我们似乎看到了张家的一丝生活希望，张母还告诉我们一个细节，作为家中惟一一个非艾滋病病人，她依旧和张杰父女二人同碟同碗吃菜吃饭，因为她觉得这才像一家人。
