Use Brainstorming method
Brainstorming is a group creativity technique designed to generate a large number of ideas for the solution to a problem. The method was first popularized in the late 1930s by Alex Faickney Osborn, an advertising executive and one of the founders of BBDO, in a book called Applied Imagination. Osborn proposed that groups could double their creative output by using the method of brainstorming.

In Chinese tradition, lunar New Year, also the Spring Festival, is the most important festival in China; generally, all the members of the family should go home to have a get-together whatever how far away they are from home.
Different from Christmas in the west, lunar New Year in china is a long time festival, though the festival is from December 29 or 30 to January 2 in lunar calendar, people celebrate it from December 23 to January 16; by the way, from January 14 to 16 is the traditional Lantern Festival, the second important festival in China.
During this time, Chinese people, I mean adults, are very busy, not because of work but for the two festivals. Why are they busy? Because they have to prepare and do lots of things before and during the festivals, while the kids feel nothing but happiness because only they can enjoy the happiness without thinking about anything.
People have to prepare food and drinks for themselves, including flour, vegetables, and different kinds of meat---- chicken, pork, mutton and beef, some are ground meat, in order to make jiaozi, a kind of Chinese food people have to eat in Spring Festival, and dishes of all kinds. Liquors are necessary for most of the families, they drink to celebrate the reunion, the new start of the New Year and new hopes to all the other people they know.
Gifts are very necessary, especially to kids, when the kids give their greeting to you; you’d better give them something---- money or gifts, usually money in red papers. These can made the kids very happy immediately, just like kids in the west received their Christmas gifts from the Santa Claus.
Family members working in the city have to go home to see their parents and siblings etc. so they must prepare for the travel far or near depends on the distances from where they work to their hometowns.
New Year’s greeting is necessary to all the Chinese people. In the rural areas, people have to get up early in the morning and give their greetings to the seniors, and some have to kowtow to their assisters in front of the altars. In the cities, people don’t have to do that, but they have to give their greetings to their teachers and leaders and colleagues by phone or email.
Fireworks and couplets are also vital in the spring festival, couplets are two successive rhyming lines in poetry written on red papers, almost all the families in rural areas and some of the urban citizens stick red couplets on both sides of the doors and windows to make the room take on a new look. Fireworks including firecrackers are set off during the festival, but in some cities it is forbidden for safety.
To sum up, Spring Festival is busy and happy festival, it is a time to communicate with each other and a happy time especially for children.
