中药治疗艾滋病临床试验效果显著

针对“鸡尾酒”疗法治疗艾滋病过程中毒副作用较大的弊端，中南大学湘雅二医院艾滋病尝试用中药治疗艾滋病。昨日，该院艾滋病研究室主任、湖南医学会艾滋病学组组长郑煜煌教授表示，2006年10月至2007年5月期间，该研究室使用中药复方黄芪颗粒对42名感染者进行治疗，在接受治疗的患者中，约八成感染者症状明显改善，六成感染者病毒数量下降。
据了解，该中药组方治疗艾滋病已经国家食品药品监督管理局批准进入临床试验阶段。这42例HIV感染者服用复方黄芪颗粒治疗24周。治疗前后对比发现，中药复方黄芪颗粒对HIV病毒复制有一定的抑制作用，具有一定的免疫调节作用；同时可以显著改善HIV感染者的临床症状，使患者体重增加；试验中未见明显的毒副作用。郑煜煌表示，“鸡尾酒”疗法治疗艾滋病效果明显，但一半左右的患者出现恶心、呕吐、腹泻、皮疹、发烧、肝功能损害等毒副反应，且每月需要1000多元，价格偏高。与“鸡尾酒”疗法相比，中药治疗效果相对慢一些，但毒副作用小、价格便宜，每月费用只要几百元。
