艾滋病晚期患者回首不堪往事

乌鲁木齐在线讯(记者刘静) 6月11日，在昌吉强制隔离戒毒所四大队，阿勇（化名）用手中的抹布轻轻拂去自己床前的灰尘。当他试图去更换10公斤的污水时，正在过道巡视的民警看到后制止了他：“水太重，就别提了。”阿勇喃喃自语：“我出去后，还有人要继续住在我这张床上，我想把这里打扫干净些。”
阿勇因吸毒感染上艾滋病，现在已经是晚期，几个月以来，持续拉肚子、发低烧让他意识到自己已近生命的终点站。为了延续阿勇的生命，该所正申请让阿勇保外就医，将他送到结核病医院，接受戒毒、治病双重治疗。
2009年4月初在一次聚众吸毒时，他被公安机关抓获遣送至昌吉强制隔离戒毒所强制隔离戒毒。20年的吸毒经历夺去了吸毒者阿勇的人生，留给他的是毒魔摧毁的身体。
得知记者来采访，出宿舍前阿勇整理了一下略显皱巴的外衣，他将袖口上的一条灰印弹干净后，在民警的搀扶下缓慢走进谈心室。
阿勇坐在白墙前的靠椅上，他脸色蜡黄而黯淡，颧骨高高凸起，眼窝深陷。他将左手臂搭在椅子背上，似乎要用全身的力气，才能在椅子上坐稳。

阿勇出生在一个条件优越的家庭，衣食无忧地度过了童年、青少年。
20年前，阿勇参加完全国高考。同其他学子一样，他从紧张的学习中脱离出来。一次，他参加高中同学聚会，一位玩伴将一包白色粉末拿到饭桌上，向大家介绍吸食这个东西的好处，强烈的好奇心让他忍不住吸了一口。正是这一口毒品，改变了阿勇的生命方向，毒瘾逐渐控制了他，把他从正常生活轨迹拉了出来。
1994年，阿勇在父亲的安排下进入一家企业。月收入2000元，这在当时是一份令人羡慕的工作，但高收入不能维持他每月毒品花销，单位发现他是吸毒者后将他开除。
为了挽救儿子，阿勇的父亲想尽一切办法帮他戒毒。在20年中，阿勇先后被强戒4次，自戒5次，然而快走进生命的终点站，他依然没有成功戒毒。父亲眼看着毒品一步步侵吞着儿子，却束手无策，2003年他突发脑血栓去世，临终一刻还念叨着“戒毒”二字。母亲为了让阿勇戒毒，她操了20年的心。现在只剩下已经流干眼泪的老花眼，逐渐萎缩的躯干，每天一个人空守着一个名不副实的家。
10年前，28岁的阿勇迈入大龄未婚行列。在朋友的介绍下，他认识了年轻女子小美（化名）。为了拥有一个家庭，阿勇向小美刻意隐瞒了吸毒史，将自己伪装成为一个正常人。
每当毒瘾发作时，他总会以接电话、帮朋友处理点棘手的事情等理由，迅速脱离小美视线，躲在一个阴暗的角落，大口大口解决毒瘾。
经过3年恋爱，两人步入了婚姻的殿堂，婚后育有一子。2003年6月，阿勇趁小美上班之时，悄悄在家吸毒，被提前下班回家的妻子撞见。
善良的妻子小美没有抛弃他，而是不断帮助他戒除毒瘾，希望他能回归正常生活。在阿勇生命晚期，小美依然在用实际行动支撑着他戒毒的信心。
回头太难他祈求原谅
20年以来，毒品阻隔了阿勇与正常家庭、朋友、同事的联系，劳教所民警成为他最熟悉的亲人。
身体虚弱，精神面临崩溃，是阿勇留给四大队教导员姬延谊的第一印象。“入所之初他就明确告知我，他是艾滋病晚期患者，活不了几天了。不久我就发现他性格孤僻，沉默寡言，不合群，每天默默等待死亡。”回忆起阿勇进戒毒所的状态，姬延谊记忆犹新。
面对眼前这位“多进宫”的学员，面对被毒品吞噬的生命，面对他已经颓废的精神状态，如何说服他配合戒毒、脱离死亡边缘，姬延谊决定帮助阿勇。
经过思想工作，入所三天后，阿勇主动找姬延谊谈话，讲述了他的吸毒经历，得病详细过程，谈话中，姬延谊感觉到阿勇内心深处对生命的留恋。
通过在戒毒所3个月治疗，阿勇逐渐恢复正常睡眠，恢复抵抗力。他决定用自己的诚心与潜伏在他内心深处的毒魔斗争，尽全力将命悬一线的阿勇拉回“上岸”，经过3个月的治疗，目前阿勇每天能够保证5小时睡眠，参与集体活动，身体状况也稍稍好了些。
面对即将来临的保外就医，阿勇有些高兴也有些担忧。
“我天天盼望着早日出去，但是我又惧怕回家。每次强戒回到家中后，毒贩子们会携带毒品送货上门，当我看到久违的毒品时，很难控制住自己的双手，忍不住抽一‘点’。”
在毒贩眼中，吸毒者是摇不尽的“摇钱树”，想法设法控制“摇钱树”后他们就能源源不断获得经济利益。毒贩子用毒品控制吸毒者容易，但劳教所从毒贩子手中挽救一位吸毒者生命却很难。这也是阿勇20年来无法彻底戒除毒瘾重要原因，
阿勇惧怕回家的另一个原因是，愧对妻子。
“10年前我向她隐瞒了吸毒史，我常常梦到她弃我而去。而今我病重难治，妻子的悲剧是我一手造成的。但毒品与守寡相比，前者所产生的危害更大。如果她一旦被毒品所控制，受害的不仅仅是个人，还有孩子。如果她未被毒品控制，凭借她的贤惠是可以再过上幸福的生活。我要用自己鲜活的‘教材’告知妻子，远离毒品珍爱生命。”阿勇长叹一口气说。
进入生命倒计时以来，阿勇每晚辗转难眠，亲友的身影时常出现在阿勇的脑海之中。吸毒初期，他们不厌其烦想帮他回头，但他却义无反顾地走向了一条不归路，搭上了事业、家庭、生命。
阿勇想要在有限的时间内，分别登门道谢，临终前最想对友人郑重地说声：“对不起。”
历史背景
●强制隔离戒毒场所，是指公安机关作出对吸毒成瘾人员采取的强制性隔离的专门戒毒的场所。

1995年1月12日，国务院总理李鹏签署发布了《强制戒毒办法》。
