犯罪率高艾滋病感染率高 南非之行务必安全至上

2009年12月中旬，我与两位北京同行在广州小聚。两位老兄带着从南非采访完世界杯抽签归来的倦意，聊起了南非。他们说，今年去南非采访世界杯，网络和交通会很麻烦。在南非，网络并不发达，与我们国内目前网络发达程度不是一档次，公共交通系统也无从说起。
“听说南非火车准备提速了，时速将提高到60公里。”其中一位老兄说。我们三人面面相觑，紧接着是一番苦笑。
“什么速度啊？”在我国，武广客运专线最快时速394公里，平均时速341公里；直达特快列车时速160公里、D字头动车时速250公里。
火车速度慢姑且可以忍受，但南非的犯罪率持续高企却让人不寒而栗。与此同时，近日多哥足球队在安哥拉遇袭，很多人都对即将于6月在南非揭幕的世界杯的安全保卫充满了忧虑。
法国著名的《队报》有报道称，2008年，南非每10万人中有36.6人被谋杀，登录在案的强奸案5.2万起。
还有更恐怖的，南非是全球艾滋病感染率最高的国家之一。南非现有500多万成年人感染了艾滋病，其中有二分之一的性工作者携带艾滋病病毒。
南非离安哥拉很远，也没有像安哥拉那样的反政府武装，然而居高难下的城市犯罪问题着实让世界杯安全蒙上了巨大的阴影。无论是球队、球迷，还是游客以及记者同行，若计划前往南非观赛，切记做足安全措施。
