本报讯 前日，来自全国各地的30名“阴性感染者”(又称疑似艾滋病病人)，在国内最大的传染病专科医院之一———北京地坛医院进行全身检测，并与中国疾控中心流行病学首席专家曾光进行对话。
曾光表示，本月17日将对第二批的30名“病友”继续检测。之后，如能获得病友的同意，将对一部分人的家人进行进一步调查研究。
病友：如果不是艾滋病，那到底感染了什么病毒
前日，病友们带了一份给曾光领衔的课题组的建议信。他们希望曾光能对他们的病毒进行分离和培养，最关心的是知道自己如果被排除不是艾滋病，那么，他们到底感染了什么病毒。
检测从前日8时准时开始，30名病友被分成3个小组。检测项目包括眼睛、口腔、耳鼻喉、皮肤、各项血液检测、B超、心电图、肝功能、心理科等十多项。很多项目都由病友自己提出，院方再安排。
1月17日，30名第二批“病友”将做同样的检测。曾光说，之后，将由国家疾控中心最权威的实验室对病友是否感染艾滋病病毒作出决定性的复测，并召集临床专家和其他专家召开研讨会，请他们对这些病友共同进行临床检查，由他们提出诊疗意见。
曾光说，如能获得病友的同意，他还将对一部分人的家人进行进一步调查研究。
专家：大多数人病情动态进展与艾滋病明显不同
尽管所有病友认为他们中的大部分人被传染了相似的病毒，但汇总下来，他们提及的症状有“发低烧”、“肌肉发抖”、“出汗”、“关节疼痛”、“舌苔发白”等30多种。曾光说，这一群体的大多数人其实没有明确的“主诉”，症状过于分散，其病情动态进展与艾滋病明显不同。他们的共同特点是都曾有过暴露史，都很自责，也都很痛苦，似乎也都有想象力，而且是Q Q群紧密把他们联结在一起。
与病友对话时，曾光一一问他们：“你知道什么是传染病吗”？“你知道传染病是怎么传代的、怎么结束的吗”？“你说你得了传染病，是谁传染给你的”？“为何你只传染给了你的家人，没有传播给更多的人”？“你们互相之间隔着千山万水都被传染了，谁是这个巨大的传播媒介”？
几乎所有的病友都无法回答这些问题。但他们提出，因为“病毒永远领先技术，他们传染的一定是目前医学界未知的病毒或者变异病毒”。
曾光回应：如果是传染病，首先得这一个病的巨大群体应该是性服务者。而且任何一个传染病都不可能只在一个家庭、一个国家里传播。传播一定是全世界的。
他鼓励病友们，勇敢地给自己对自己的诊断打个问号，给自己诊断自己的能力打个更大的问号。
曾光给病友的信(摘录)：
“我已经知道你们正在蒙受一种特殊病痛的煎熬，症状复杂，四处就诊检测未果，身心压力很大，令人担忧的是有些人的配偶及子女也受到了影响。对于你们的痛苦我深表同情，并相信对国家和社会而言，你们的诉求已经成为了需要认真调查解决的公共卫生问题。
我希望按照科学的方式系统了解你们病痛的起因、状况表现、就诊情况和你们最担心的问题，并将尽快对这一问题的严重性和波及范围总结上报，以便唤起政府有关部门的重视。”
