为防治艾滋病，尼日利亚需每年投入5000万美元

来自美国、英国等国提供的政府间援助，以及壳牌、雪佛龙、埃克森美孚等石油公司的捐赠，在尼艾滋病防治经费总额中占比超过80%，尼政府仅提供20%。而南非政府提供的预算经费在南非艾滋病经费总额占比高达87%。
