中英艾滋病策略支持项目基本完成 青海加强“结艾”双重感染防治

本报讯 (记者鲁 东)在第23个世界艾滋病日期间，中英艾滋病策略支持项目总结暨成果推介会在云南省昆明市举行。为期4年的中英项目工作给云南省的艾滋病防治工作带来了资金、技术和人才，对云南省的防艾工作起到了举足轻重的作用，极大地促进了云南省防艾防治工作。
该项目是由中国政府、联合国艾滋病规划署和英国国际发展部联合设计的，目的是加强中国有效应对艾滋病的战略能力。云南省从2007年5月开始作为中国的12个项目省之一参加二期项目。二期项目将于2011年3月结束，目前各项工作已基本完成。
据云南省卫生厅副厅长、省防治艾滋病局局长徐和平透露，项目启动初期全省16个州(市)中高度流行区有5个，分别是德宏、红河、临沧、文山、大理，其余11个州(市)为中度流行区，目前高危人群流行率仍然维持较高水平，性途径传播比例继续增高，临床治疗和关怀救助工作的压力越来越大，防控形势仍不容乐观。她希望，国际相关组织能一如既往地关注、支持和帮助云南的防艾工作。

本报讯 (记者高 列 通讯员马毅中)青海省卫生厅日前印发《青海省结核菌/艾滋病病毒双重感染防治工作实施方案(试行)》，加强结核菌/艾滋病病毒双重感染防治工作。
结核菌/艾滋病病毒双重感染(以下简称TB/HIV双重感染)是我国结核病和艾滋病防治工作面临的严峻挑战之一。《方案》要求由各级卫生行政部门牵头，成立TB/HIV双重感染防治领导小组和技术工作组，要在艾滋病病毒感染者和病人中开展结核病问卷筛查和检查，并将问卷筛查阳性者转介到属地结核病防治机构进行检查。艾滋病防治机构应当将新报告的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人转介到结核病防治机构进行结核病检查。随访的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人无论有无结核病可疑症状，艾滋病防治机构应当每年至少为其安排1次结核病检查。结核病防治机构对艾滋病防治机构转介的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人开展结核病检查，检查内容包括痰涂片和胸部X线检查，并将检查结果反馈给艾滋病防治机构。艾滋病防治机构对结核病人血液标本进行HIV抗体检测，并将检测结果反馈给结核病防治机构。对发现的TB/HIV双重感染病人，应当根据当地的情况，确定治疗管理机构。

Yunnan Province, from May 2007 began as a province of China, one of 12 projects to participate in Phase II project. Phase II project will be the end of March 2011, the current work has been completed.
According to the provincial health department deputy director, Provincial Secretary Xu peace AIDS said the project started early in 16 states across the province (city) in the highly endemic area of 5, respectively, Dehong, Red River, Lincang, Wenshan, Dali, and the remaining 11 states (cities), moderate endemic areas, the current prevalence of high-risk groups remains a high level, the proportion of sexual transmission continues to increase, clinical treatment and care of growing pressure relief work, prevention and control of the situation is still not optimistic. She hoped that relevant international organizations to continue to focus, support and help Yunnan AIDS prevention work.
Qinghai strengthen the "end of AIDS" prevention of double infection
