性传播成甘肃新发艾滋病感染主要途径 同性间传播比例明显上升

同性间传播比例明显上升
每日甘肃网-甘肃日报兰州讯(记者宜秀萍)记者从10月19日召开的全省新闻媒体工作者艾滋病政策倡导座谈会上获悉：经性途径传播已成为我省新发艾滋病感染者的主要传播途径。2008年，全省发现的216例艾滋病病毒感染者中，经性途径传播的比例已达到42.6%，超过了静脉注射吸毒传播比例，其中，同性间传播比例为22.69%，较上年增加了近18个百分点。
据介绍，艾滋病的3种传播途径――性接触、血液、母婴传播在我省都已存在。2007年之前，我省艾滋病传播途径基本以血液传播为主，其中，注射毒品传播比例一直位居第一，2007年为38.4%。2008年，全省新发艾滋病病毒感染者中，经静脉注射吸毒传播比例为20.83%，较上年下降了约17个百分点；经性途径传播比例明显上升达到42.6%，传播途径不详占29.63%，据专家估计也以性传播为主。此外，今年1-9月新发现的207例艾滋病感染者中，经性途径传播人数也占到4成以上。
2008年，作为全国试点城市，我省在兰州和天水开展了男男性行为人群调查，先后对800人进行了筛查，检出艾滋病病毒感染者26例。与之相对应，同年，我省新发感染者中，同性间传播比例迅速上升，男女性别比例也由前几年的3∶1左右变为4∶1。此外，专家介绍，60岁以上艾滋病病毒感染者在逐年增加，目前已占到总数的2.1%，其中，绝大多数都是经性途径传播的。
