全球发现与确诊的患者人数突破6000万;依据目前世界人口60亿计算，约占0.01%因此导致死

亡的总人口数大约在2500--3000万之间，约占0.004--0.005%。也就是说，世界人口因艾滋病

夺取生命的死亡是各种病种之最。

      30年的发展可谓漫长，人类从对于艾滋病的茫然无序，到今天的有序防治；经历了苦难的

重重艰辛，无数的科学家与研究者孜孜不倦的为此奋斗；使目前鸡尾酒治疗控制与多疗法并存

施治的局面开创了艾滋病防治的新领域及相关产业‘也使人类在与疾病斗争的历程增添无限辉煌。

       随着鸡尾酒治疗的全球普及，所出现的抗药性、毒副作用与免疫缺憾性等问题日益严重。

中国政府于2003年5月开始陆续在国内17个以至目前23个省区的中医药治疗艾滋病普及工程；

以及中国中医科学院、中国军事医学科学院等众多科学者在南非等非洲所实施的中医药治疗艾

滋病经验；加之中国民间机构与医生的临床应用经验，为中国这个全球13亿人口肆患艾滋病超

过百万的国家的疾病预防与治疗，在中国各级CDC、医院、公益组织与民间机构的通力协作下，

为艾滋病的防控所做的努力与贡献；已经受到联合国艾滋病总署、世界卫生组织、国际艾滋病

协会与各个界召开的世界艾滋病大会的表彰。

      我们要一如既往的发挥中医药天然、安全与高效的特色，为世界肆患的6000万患者的生存

争取最大的付出；赢得生命挽救的时间，积蓄将来彻底攻克艾滋病这一世界顽疾呕心沥血、鞠

躬尽瘁。

       前面所提到的目前用于患者治疗的鸡尾酒疗法药物所出现的抗药性、毒副作用与免疫缺憾

性，我们要做以说明。抗药性与毒副作用，大家都是很明晰的，包括鸡尾酒的发明人何大一博

士，也认识到了药物的局限性。这里重点就免疫缺憾性发表见解。

       鸡尾酒药物简单的药理作用就是抗HIV〔艾滋病病毒的英文简写〕，由于HIV所蓄积的组织
