卫生部：第十八届世界艾滋病大会举办中国分会

2010年7月18日，第18届世界艾滋病大会在奥地利首都维也纳举行。来自世界各地的政府代表、专家、医务工作者、非政府组织和企业界人士等约两万多人出席会议。会议的主题是“行动起来，维护权利”。奥地利总统弗舍尔（Heinz Fischer）、南非副总统蒙特兰特（Kgalema Motlanthe）、联合国艾滋病规划署执行主任西迪贝（Michel Sidibe）、奥地利卫生部部长斯托哥（Alois Stoger），以及国际艾滋病协会主席、大会主席蒙塔纳（Julio Montaner）等出席开幕式并讲话。联合国秘书长潘基文发表了电视致辞。他们呼吁各国继续高度重视艾滋病防治，并尊重和保护艾滋病患者的权益。
7月19日，中国国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室与联合国艾滋病中国主题组、盖茨基金会中国代表处等机构联合举办了“认识中国，艾滋病应对与挑战”中国分会。卫生部、中国疾病预防控制中心、感染者代表，以及世界卫生组织、联合国艾滋病规划署、家庭健康国际等国际组织代表和专家，分别从不同视角，介绍了中国艾滋病防控形势、艾滋病国际合作项目在中国的实践，以及中国面临的困难与挑战，探讨今后的工作方向。我国预防艾滋病宣传大使、著名歌唱家彭丽媛和著名演员濮存昕到会发表即席演讲，受到与会者的热烈欢迎。此外，中国性病艾滋病防治协会，中华预防医学会、中国预防性病艾滋病基金会、香港艾滋病基金会在大会期间，联合举办了中国社会组织参与艾滋病防治的分会。
大会宣布了一项由联合国公布的新计划“2.0 治疗方案”。新计划将降低药物成本，简化药物疗程，扩大艾滋病治疗途径，以在2025年前防止1000万人死于艾滋病。在为期一周的会议中，与会者将就艾滋病发展形势、艾滋病预防以及新药研发和治疗等问题进行交流。

Ministry of Health: World AIDS Conference held in the eighteenth chapter of China

July 18, 2010, the 18th World AIDS Conference held in Vienna, Austria. Government representatives from around the world, experts, medical workers, non-governmental organizations and the business community such as about two million people attended the meeting. July 19, the State Council AIDS Working Committee Office and UN Theme Group on AIDS in China, the Gates Foundation China Office and other organizations jointly organized the "understanding of China, deal with the challenges of AIDS," China Chapter. The General Assembly has announced a new plan announced by the United Nations "2.0 treatment."
