新华网贵州频道７月２3日专电（记者李惊亚）男男性接触者成为艾滋病的易感高发人群，专家认为，应关注男男性接触者，加大对其教育力度，宣传安全的性行为。
贵阳市疾控中心防艾专家说，近年来，随着人们性观念的日渐开放，男男性接触导致感染艾滋病的比例呈上升态势。由于男男性接触者多存在多性伴、安全套使用率低、共用注射器吸毒等问题，加之男性特殊的生理结构，使得男男性接触者成为艾滋病的易感和高发群体。
专家建议，应加大对男男性接触者的宣传教育力度。要有效预防艾滋病，必须建立单一的、忠诚的性关系，减少性伴数量；选用质量可靠的安全套并正确使用，使用水溶性润滑剂；不论对方是谁，发生性行为时都要全程使用安全套；不与性伴侣共用注射器、剃须刀、牙刷、浴盆、浴巾、内衣裤等物品；远离毒品并定期到疾病控制中心检测。
专家提醒，做艾滋病病毒抗体检测十分重要，如果怀疑自己可能感染艾滋病病毒，应前往疾病预防控制中心，那里都提供免费的艾滋病、梅毒检测，并保证检测结果的准确性，对自愿检测人员的检测结果、隐私进行保密。另外，感染艾滋病病毒２周至１２周才能从血液中检测出艾滋病抗体，但在此之前已具有传染性，所以必须高度警惕。
