权威报告说发展中国家抗击艾滋病取得进展

新华网北京9月29日专电 世界卫生组织、联合国儿童基金会和联合国艾滋病规划署28日联合发布报告说,目前,越来越多的发展中国家在预防和治疗艾滋病方面取得显著进展。
报告说,调查显示,2009年全球中低收入国家抗艾普及率达36%,全球发展中国家共有525万名艾滋病病毒携带者获得治疗,较2008年增加120万名。其中东南非地区国家进步最为显著,抗艾医疗服务覆盖率已由一年前的32%提升至目前的41%,近一半孕妇已能够获得艾滋病检查及咨询服务。
本次于2009年进行的调查共在全球144个中低收入国家展开。报告称,博茨瓦纳、圭亚那、南非等15个国家超过80%的艾滋病病毒检测呈阳性的孕妇可获得抗艾医疗服务,母婴传播得到了有效的控制;巴西、纳米比亚、乌克兰等14个国家超过80%的艾滋病病毒检测呈阳性的儿童能够获得相关医疗服务;此外,柬埔寨、卢旺达、古巴等8个国家的抗逆转录病毒疗法已实现普及,撒哈拉以南非洲地区接受抗逆转录病毒疗法的患者比2008年增加近100万人次。
联合国艾滋病规划署执行副主任保罗·德莱肯定了发展中国家在防治艾滋病方面取得的积极进展。但他同时表示,目前全球抗艾行动资金缺口达100亿美元,此外,相关服务专业人员紧缺、抗艾药物管理机制不健全、诊治体系瓶颈重重等也是全球抗艾面临的问题。(综合本社驻日内瓦记者王昭、刘洋,驻内罗毕记者王雅楠报道)
