治艾权威郑煜煌：“罗氏排毒剂”疗效要辩证看待

2010年11月8日，湖南省永顺县就业局工会主席唐启武在红网《百姓呼声》栏目呼吁各级政府大力支持用中医药治疗艾滋病，并极力呼吁推广湘西土家族老军医罗廷耀的“罗氏排毒剂”治疗法。随后，红网论坛等网站爆出“罗氏排毒剂”的大量热门网帖，新浪、腾讯、搜狐、中国日报网、凤凰网、三湘都市报等媒体也纷纷对罗廷耀其人和“罗氏排毒剂”本身开展报道和评论，引起了很大的社会关注。
为此，笔者采访了中华医学会艾滋病学组委员、湖南省医学会艾滋病学组组长、国家科学技术奖评审专家、国家科技重大专项评审专家、中南大学湘雅二医院传染科主任医师、湘雅二医院艾滋病研究室博士研究生导师郑煜煌教授。对于罗廷耀“罗氏排毒剂”新闻事件，郑煜煌表示：支持中医药治疗艾滋病事业的发展，支持民间防艾治艾“土专家”科学、严谨、专业地开展研究推广确有疗效的偏方奇方，呼吁广大艾滋病患者去伪存真、坚持严谨科学的态度接受规范的艾滋病治疗。
世上并不缺少“神医”
笔者提起网上热传的罗廷耀和“罗氏排毒剂”，郑煜煌表示，“在我看来，世界上并不缺少民间神医,关键是是否真的确有其事”。
“经常会有很多自称民间专家的神医找上门来，一般会自称其研究出了治疗艾滋病的特效药，说可以治愈艾滋。”说起民间“神医”，郑煜煌告诉笔者，“我接触过的这类人士已有许多，他们多半是以合作的方式来寻求帮助，希望我帮他们推广他们的所谓的秘方。”
“每一次，当被问起药物是否经过严格的检测和实验，是否经过科学权威的验证，被问题药物是否由第三方正规制药厂监制等问题，那些原本自信满满的‘神医’们就会悻悻地离开。”郑煜煌说，现在很多所谓的民间神医，都是自己发明药物，自己开展治疗，用自己的药、自己的治疗结果来做材料进行推广，可信度需要推敲。“举一个最简单的例子，在所谓的偏方中加入一些有疗效的西药成分，就一定可以有最基本的疗效。自己制药，却没有权威实验认证、没有第三方监制，明显是不科学、也是不严谨的。”
“我听说过这位医生，他的药效如何恐怕要实践来检验。不过换一个角度看，在一些古老的边地，很可能确实存在神医妙药。”湖南省内另一位不愿透露姓名的资深医疗工作者表示。
中医需要深入探究和开拓
“我不对罗廷耀医生和‘罗氏排毒剂’做任何定性评价。”提及“罗氏排毒剂”，郑煜煌态度坚定表示不做定性评价。他说：“我没见过罗廷耀医生，也没见过罗氏排毒剂，更没有实际的参与和见证罗氏排毒剂的试验性治疗，我所看到的只有第三方专家的报告，可是，在我看来，虽然医院的血样报告是客观的，但是大多数的病例治疗过程无据可查。罗氏排毒剂没有经过科学的论证和实验，其药物也是罗医生自制的，没有第三方制药厂的监制。只看结果、忽视过程，因此欠科学性。”
“科学研究，尤其是药物的研制，一定要遵循科学规律”，郑煜煌特别强调，药物的研制和发明，一定要按程序来，用科学的方法来办事。“药物在研究和发明中，首先要经过反复的科学实验，如细胞实验、动物实验、慢性和急性毒性等20多个基础实验的检测，然后才是人体实验；在临床实验中，必须按照国家标准将资料呈送国家药品和食品管理局审批，药物也必须由正规制药厂监制，在有资格的医疗机构中按照严格的程序进行验证，并由第三方专家的鉴定、政府相关部门审核。”
不过，尽管如此，也并不能证明“罗氏排毒剂”无可取之处。存在即合理。“罗氏排毒剂”的出现，其实也在提示公众，中医的内涵和外延异常广阔，值得深入探究和开拓。
郑煜煌教授告诉笔者，“现在国家大力倡导用传统的中医理论来治疗艾滋病，我们目前也承担了中医药治疗艾滋病的国家重大专项研究课题并已取得了可喜的进展。从发展前景来看，用中医治疗艾滋病将是一个前途不可限量的新事物，应该给予高度重视。我们鼓励也支持更多地专家学者参与到用中医治疗艾滋病的队伍中来。如果中药可以研制出好东西，可以真正攻克艾滋病这一世界性难题，我们一定大力支持。”
“罗氏排毒剂”值得关注
采访中，郑煜煌教授还就“罗氏排毒剂”相关事宜现场电话联系了国家卫生部艾滋病临床专家工作组成员、国家中医药管理局艾滋病专家组成员、中国中西医结合学会第一届传染病专业委员会常委王健，湖南省中医药治疗艾滋病专家组组长、博士生导师王军文两位权威专家。
王健、王军文两位专家曾于2010年10月26日参加了湖南湘西永顺中医药治疗艾滋病研讨会，该研讨会就“中医药治疗艾滋病”和“应用‘罗氏排毒剂’对艾滋病人进行临床治疗的效果”进行了讨论与研究。电话中，王健、王军文两位教授一致认为，中医药是我国民族的国粹，强调治疗以人为本，循序渐进，还人体五行阴阳之根本。为宏扬中医药文化，推广可行的中医药治疗艾滋病方案，应用中医药治疗艾滋病，既廉价、安全，又适用于推广，可为人类的健康做出重大贡献。“从目前的基本资料来看，‘罗氏排毒剂’有一定疗效。说明‘罗氏排毒剂’是有一定价值的。至于其科学性，还有待进一步验证，若‘罗氏排毒剂’可以得到权威、科学认证，未尝不是一件好事。”王军文教授表示。
另外曾参加过在北京佑安医院对‘罗氏排毒剂’进行少量病人治疗和检测的专家透露，未发现该方剂在控制艾滋病病毒和提高免疫力方面有明显的效果，但也未发现明显的副反应。
“我不知道罗氏排毒剂是否真正可以造福百姓，但是我希望各地的民间专家们一定要走科学化、专业化的道路，只有用科学的、合理的、合法的道路来研究推广药物，才可以经得起时间和实践的检验。”同时，郑煜煌教授还提醒艾滋病患者们，“对于民间偏方的治疗，一定要谨慎行事，带着科学、客观的态度去去伪存真。自2004年以来全国范围内施行的“四免一关怀”政策，国家对所有需要治疗的艾滋病人给予了免费的抗病毒治疗，其方案和药物都和世界卫生组织在全世界推广的是一致的，并被实践证明完全符合中国的国情，有效的降低了我国艾滋病的发病率和死亡率，因此希望广大艾滋病患者目前还是要选择接受正规的科学治疗为好。”
