随着宣传力度的加大，开平市民对艾滋病的认识逐步提高。
本报讯 1月6日，以省卫生厅副调研员肖力为组长的2010年艾滋病综合防治示范区工作督导组，到开平市督导2010年艾滋病的防治工作，听取该市防艾工作的情况汇报。开平市副市长黄婉慈，开平市卫生局、疾控中心等有关单位负责人参加了会议。
艾滋病防治成效显著
据悉，自1998年发现首例本地HIV感染者，到2010年12月31日止，开平市累计发现本地籍HIV/AIDS病例324例，其中艾滋病感染者247例，艾滋病病人77例；累计死亡91例。2010年全年新发现本地籍HIV/AIDS病例32例。
开平市积极开展各项艾滋病防治工作，艾滋病宣传教育、艾滋病抗体监测和高危人群干预、预防艾滋病母婴传播干预工作，以及对艾滋病患者和感染者实施关怀救助等，艾滋病综合防治工作取得显著成效。目前该市已成立6个艾滋病病毒初筛实验室，6个针具交换点，4个自愿咨询检测门诊，1个美沙酮维持治疗门诊，1个以疾控中心为主的艾滋病监测网络。2010年新增加14间HIV抗体监测点。
防治工作获督导组肯定
会议上，督导组对开平市各级艾滋病防治工作所取得的成效和社会效益表示肯定：一是开平市艾滋病的防治已初步建立起政府主导、多部门合作、全社会参与的工作机制；二是在艾滋病防治的宣传教育上做了大量卓有成效的工作；三是艾滋病监测检测网络已建立，并不断完善；四是在病例管理方面有了显著的提高；五是艾滋病在高危行为干预方面已全面展开；六是艾滋病的信息、资料管理工作做得好。
黄婉慈表示，开平市将以此次督导为契机，对督导组提出的意见建议加以研究和整改，继续做好艾滋病综合防治的各项工作。（文/图 本报记者 黄宇舰）

AIDS Prevention with remarkable results
It is reported that since 1998 the first case of local HIV infection, to December 31, 2010 only, Kaiping City, find local membership cumulative HIV / AIDS cases, 324 cases, of which 247 cases of AIDS, AIDS patients in 77 cases; total 91 deaths cases. The year 2010 Local Membership newly discovered HIV / AIDS cases in 32 cases.
Kaiping City, actively carry out the AIDS prevention work, AIDS education, HIV antibody surveillance and intervention in high-risk groups, prevention of mother to child transmission of AIDS interventions, as well as the implementation of AIDS patients and HIV care relief, AIDS Prevention and Control has made remarkable achievements. Currently the city has set up HIV screening laboratory 6, 6 needle exchange points, four voluntary counseling and testing clinics, a methadone maintenance treatment clinic, one to AIDS CDC-based monitoring network. 2010, 14 additional HIV antibody monitoring points.
Prevention must be the Steering Group
Meeting, the Steering Group on AIDS at all levels of Kaiping City, the achievements and social benefits of the affirmative: First, Kaiping City, the fight against AIDS has been initially set up government-led, multi-sectoral cooperation, the working mechanism of the whole society to participate; Second, publicity and education on AIDS prevention in a lot of fruitful work on; third of AIDS surveillance and testing network has been established, and continue to improve; the fourth is in case management has improved significantly; five high-risk behavior intervention for AIDS has been in full swing ; Sixth, AIDS information, data management, work well.
