粤卫生厅公布2011年艾滋病治疗管理工作指引

中新广东网广州10月14日电 (唐贵江 叶间开 粤卫信) 广东省卫生厅14日通报了2011年广东省艾滋病诊疗管理工作指引。以落实国家“四免一关怀”政策，加强治疗信息的收集和管理。
据了解，2011年广东省艾滋病诊疗管理工作指引是根据卫生部、财政部《关于印发艾滋病抗病毒治疗和自愿咨询检测办法的通知》(卫疾控发〔2004〕107号)、《艾滋病综合防治数据信息管理手册》要求，结合广东省实际制订。
广东省各地级以上市卫生局、深圳市卫生和人口计划生育委员会、佛山市顺德区卫生和人口计划生育局，部属、省属驻穗医药院校附属医院及厅直属有关医院参与执行。
据该指引介绍，各地对HIV/AIDS的转介、治疗和转诊，不应受户籍限制。此外，患者凭转介卡到指定的定点收治医院接受免费抗病毒治疗，凭转介卡可一次性减免100元检测费用。
广东省各地应按照各级财政艾滋病防治专项管理方案的要求合理使用经费。为居住地在广东省内的HIV/AIDS(不受户籍限制)免费提供抗病毒药物和必要的CD4细胞、病毒载量检测。各级财政已有相关补助的地区，定点收治医院应对经济困难的HIV/AIDS治疗相关检查和常见机会性感染治疗费用给予适当减免。
