中国性病艾滋病防治协会雅培签约仪式在京举行

2011年10月31日，由中国性病艾滋病防治协会和雅培公司共同签署的“中国性病艾滋病防治协会雅培艾滋病防治合作项目”签约仪式在北京举行。
出席签约仪式的有中国性病艾滋病防治协会会长张文康、副会长齐小秋、副会长兼秘书长沈洁、副秘书长王新伦；雅培亚洲/澳洲/非洲和中东区域专利药品部副总裁毕凯德（Gilles Picard）、商务总监江凯玲（Caroline Johnson），中国专利药品部总经理萧经世（James HSIAO）、总监张静（Jing ZHANG）。
卫生部疾病预防控制局副巡视员孙新华、艾防处处长夏刚应邀出席了签约仪式。
该项目是在卫生部疾病预防控制局的支持和指导下，由中国性病艾滋病防治协会和雅培公司合作开展。项目为期3年，重点围绕艾滋感染者关怀治疗、提高病人依从性教育、世界艾滋病日活动、艾滋病致孤儿童关爱救助以及相关的学术交流、专业培训、重点传播材料制作和宣传活动等展开全方位合作。
张文康会长在签约仪式上指出，目前全球的艾滋病防治工作，在联合国艾滋病规划署、世界卫生组织等国际社会和各国政府的积极努力下取得了令人欣慰的进展，艾滋病迅速蔓延的势头有所遏制。但是，全球防治艾滋病的任务仍然非常艰巨，艾滋病仍然是全球十大导致人类死亡的疾病之一。
中国政府一直高度重视艾滋病防治工作，通过制订“四免一关怀”等政策保护艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的治疗、生活、学习、就业等合法权益，完善“政府组织领导、部门各负其责、社会共同参与”的防治工作机制，全面落实各项防控措施，取得了显著的成就，艾滋病迅速蔓延的势头有所遏制。但是，我国艾滋病流行与防治的形势依然严峻，新发感染和感染者的治疗依从性问题、艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的社会歧视依然严重存在。
张文康说，此次协会与雅培的合作项目就是围绕国家艾滋病防治工作的重点，整合双方的优势资源进行合作的范例。
雅培公司积极投身于艾滋病防治事业，持续地支持我国艾滋病防治工作，与中国性病艾滋病防治协会的合作由来已久。近三年来就与协会合作成功举办了“凝集各界力量、消除艾滋病歧视座谈会”、“名人与你手牵手 艾滋孤儿世博游”、“中国红丝带北京论坛艾滋病与权益，妇女儿童专题讨论会”、“2010年世界艾滋病日暨《在一起》宣传走进大学校园”、“爱在阳光下——艾滋病致孤儿童北京夏令营”等多项有积极意义并产生重要社会影响的活动以及支持“艾滋病反歧视纪录片《在一起》”、艾滋病高流行地区“消除歧视，提高抗病毒治疗依从性教育”等多部宣传片的拍摄制作工作。
毕凯德副总裁表示，作为全球领先的跨国医药公司，雅培一直积极践行着“对生命的承诺”，并将“关爱”列入企业的核心价值观，我们会一如既往地持续地支持中国艾滋病防治工作。
双方都希望通过此次项目把合作常态化、系统化，为在中国实现全球艾滋病防治策略的三个零愿景——即“零新发感染、零死亡、零歧视”方面做出更加积极的贡献。
