艾滋病检测多久能出结果？专家：最快25分钟

　　读者张先生问：最近，我发生了一次高危性行为，想去做下艾滋病检测，请问艾滋病检测后，需要多久才能知道结果？

　　我们来帮您：记者就此采访了市疾控中心。记者了解到，近几年，宁波市艾滋病疫情上升迅速，特别在男男性接触者（ＭＳＭ）等高危人群中，感染率居高不下。为向各类艾滋病高危人群提供更为广泛的干预和检测服务，最近５年，我市陆续建成了３９个艾滋病自愿咨询检测（ＶＣＴ）门诊，为前来咨询的人群提供免费的ＨＩＶ抗体检测服务。

　　艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊建立初始，各ＶＣＴ门诊采用传统的ＨＩＶ抗体检测方法，通常需要１—２天以后才能将检测结果告知受检者，不能满足咨询者迫切知晓检测结果的心理需求。为了提供更为优质的服务，今年７月份，我市采购了ＨＩＶ抗体快速检测试剂，采用快检技术在各ＶＣＴ门诊开展检测。新技术能在２５分钟内完成检测，故而能将检测结果现场告知受检者。迄今为止，各ＶＣＴ门诊已为咨询者提供快速检测５５２８人次，查出ＨＩＶ抗体阳性２９例。

HIV voluntary counseling and testing clinic to establish the initial, the VCT clinic using traditional HIV antibody tests, often requires 1-2 days after the test results to inform the subjects, can not meet the urgent consultant needs to know the psychological test results. In order to provide more quality services, in July this year, the city purchased a rapid HIV antibody detection kit, using a snapshot technology to carry out testing at the VCT clinic. New technology can detect in 25 minutes to complete, on-site test results can therefore inform the subjects. So far, the VCT clinic has provided for the rapid detection of 5528 consulting visits, found HIV positive in 29 cases.
