柳州娱乐场所中小宾馆开展防艾工作

从春节前至今，柳州市卫生监督所在对歌舞娱乐场所、桑拿浴室、中小型宾馆等进行日常卫生监督的同时，也督促其开展艾滋病防治工作。至今该所检查了200多家中小型宾馆，发现有80%的宾馆在客房、服务总台等处摆放了安全套或者设置了安全套发售设施。这也是市卫生监督所贯彻落实自治区《防治艾滋病攻坚工程实施方案（2010-2014年）》的一项举措。
近年，柳州市新报告的艾滋病病例感染途径已由以往的吸毒传播为主变成了经异性性途径传播为主。2010年新报告的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人中，异性性接触传播占了新报告病例的77.5%。在宾馆、招待所、歌舞娱乐场所、桑拿浴室等经营场所放置安全套和安全套发售设施是预防艾滋病经性途径传播的有效手段之一。 卫生监督员在检查中还发现不少中小型宾馆还在醒目处张贴了防治艾滋病宣传资料。
记者从市人口计生委了解到，最近，市人口计生药具站向市卫生监督所免费提供了1万只安全套，向市疾控中心免费提供2万只安全套。市卫生监督所将把这些安全套免费分配给歌舞娱乐场所、桑拿浴室、中小宾馆。据介绍，我市仅中小型宾馆就有700多家。 （记者曾繁华）
