李吉明:教师无“性趣”,性教育哪里来?

    日前,在由《中国性科学》杂志主办性科学大讲堂上披露的一项调查显示,有近一半教师并不清楚,对于学龄儿童而言,进行性教育的主要责任在学校;一些中小学老师对于性教育的内容很模糊,用生理知识教育代替异性交往、性心理辅导;如何预防性侵害,对性病、艾滋病的预防等性安全教育也严重缺乏,还有老师不知道健康文明的性观念和性道德包括哪些内容。91.2%的中小学教师认为自己所具备的知识不够用,在进行性教育时做不到坦率、大方、自然,缺乏教育方法。(《北京晚报》2011年05月13日)
    设若说学校是性教育的主要阵地、教师是性教育的主要力量,恐怕没有人会提出反对意见。但性教育却又是一个极为复杂的社会课题,教师又岂能堪负如此大任?别的暂且不说,笔者只想反问一个问题:教师不是性学专家,他们的性知识又从哪里来?
    众所周知,性教育是涉及心理、历史、文化、人类学、宗教、伦理、法律等多学科知识一门学问,对教师要求极高。而对于中国的教师来说,却又往往因为“学高为师、身正为范”的要求而导致其素来具有“师表”的天性,从而把关乎“性”的话题看作洪水猛兽,既不敢超越雷池一步,也羞于谈“性”论“色”,再加之没有统一的教材,因而也就只能由心理教师、生物教师或校医来敷衍一番了。
    可以肯定地说,教师性知识的多寡与优劣,直接决定了学校性教育的成败。而事实上却是,中国的教师只不过是所谓知识的传播器而已,更多的教师则成为了考试分数的播种机和助动机。他们早已习惯了拿时间来消耗学生的生命,用生硬的语言来助推分数的攀升,甚至早已脱离了尘世的繁杂而“神圣”得不可一世,从而变得机械、呆板,教条、僵化,更不要说什么性的体验和性的研究了。我们很难想象,一个生理畸形、心理匮乏、行为僵化、“性趣”黯然的群体,何以能够担当性教育之宏大重任?!
    2010年,联合国教科文组织会同联合国艾滋病规划署、联合国人口基金、联合国儿童基金会和世界卫生组织共同发布了《国际性教育技术指导纲要》,明确提出了性教育的六大关键概念:(1)人际关系;(2)价值观、态度与技能;(3)文化、社会与权利;(4)人体发育;(5)性行为;(6)性与生殖健康。并在每一个关键概念下面列出了若干主题和要点。而这些对中国的教师来说,无疑是一些极为陌生的东西。中国的教师往往会把儿童看做被保护、被教育、被管理、被改造的对象,而独独不会把儿童看作与成人一样也是一个具有自由主体的独立人。况且教师的生活也是贫乏而又僵硬的,你让他们来给学生讲“如何防止性暴力和性虐待”、“怎样正确对待自慰”、 “为什么说性是美好的”、“如何预防怀孕、预防艾滋病”等等之类的内容,这可能吗?即便是可能,他们又懂得什么叫性暴力和性虐待、什么叫自慰、什么叫性的美好吗?
    还有一个事实,我国目前中小学是没有性教育教师的编制的。即便是有了性教育教师的编制,那么在性教育的课堂上,是更开放一些好,还是更保守一些好?在一些问题上,讲多少,讲多深?术语的使用上,是模糊还是清晰?相必大家还记得那个《年轻后妈赤身裸体教子》的新闻,该篇报道出来以后曾引发了诸多的争议,大多数网友对此报道发出了质疑,且认为教育方式离奇、教育效果不实。而对于有些学校让学生直面人体、甚至是观看性爱视频的做法,笔者就更不能理解了,设若性教育只是简单到让异性之间“裸体”观摩一下就可以凑效的话,那么干脆找几个伟大的“裸模教师”来拯救中国岌岌可危的性教育状况算了!
    随着人们性观念的逐渐开放,学生偷吃“禁果”的人数在不断增多,遭遇性骚扰和性暴力的事件也屡有发生,但这都不能成为叫嚣什么性教育的支撑。真正的教育是一种科学的心里疏导教育和人格教育。设若这些我们做到了,并且能够随机渗透在学生日常学习和生活的细节里,让孩子养成良好习惯,孩子就会在潜移默化中形成一种对性正确的意识或是观念,并时时提醒自己如何适时保护自己、以免受到坏人的伤害。
    教育就是教育,教育做好了,社会引导环境好了,性教育也就做好了。所以对于那些在成长过程中从未接受过性教育,成为教师后也没有接受过专业训练教师来说,他们或许与学生一样,也只是一个嗷嗷待哺的群体,并非就能承担什么性教育之重任!
    对下一代的教育,是一门艺术,更是一种责任。然而,由于认识的原因偏差、知识的欠缺和习惯养成等等原因,一些人总是片面地强调性教育,而没有把孩子看成是一个自然发展的人。这是极其不正确的。如何培养孩子求知、生存、合作、发展的能力,让教育走出分数的误区,这才是当前中国教育真正应当思考的问题!
