艾滋病孕妇冒险生子 目前母子平安

晚报讯（记者王志强邢庆敏通讯员王靓建华）因母亲是艾滋病毒感染者，5天前在北京地坛医院出生的一位男婴备受关注。5月23日，我市孕妇刘梅（化名）这位接受艾滋病母婴阻断服务的艾滋病毒感染者，在北京地坛医院顺利产下此男婴，母子平安。
2010年4月9日，经山东省疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确认中心实验室检测，确认我市外来妇女、婚检查体者刘梅为HIV感染者。当丈夫得知刘梅感染HIV后，他马上表态：“我曾被疯狗咬过手指，什么时候发病也不知道，不怕这个！”刘梅被感动得热泪盈眶。
感染了艾滋病毒，刘梅和丈夫担心生下的孩子也有艾滋病。但是希望拥有自己骨肉的这对夫妻还是冒险做了。为了生下健康孩子，怀孕三个月的刘梅找疾控部门寻求帮忙。2011年1月10日，卫生防疫站、妇幼保健院对已怀孕的感染者孕妇刘梅提供了预防艾滋病母婴阻断治疗和免费服用抗病毒药物服务。根据这套方案，刘梅坚持用药，一直到生产前还适度调整剂量，目的就是将母体内的病毒压制住，再加上胎盘的保护作用以防病毒扩散到胎儿体内。生产时为了防止产妇血液通过婴儿身上的伤口、口鼻眼睛而少量进入，专家建议她采用剖腹产。
2011年5月23日15时，刘梅在我市有关卫生防疫站艾滋病科专业人员的帮助下，在北京地坛医院顺利产下一男婴，母子平安。目前，男婴正在北京地坛医院接受母婴阻断治疗。这是我市为数不多的艾滋病母亲生产的娃娃，但男婴在接受阻断治疗18个月以后才能确定是否被感染。“感染艾滋病毒者不建议要孩子，那样对于孕妇和孩子都存在着极大的风险。但是一旦确定真的要孩子，就要提早做好各方面的准备，接受预防艾滋病母婴阻断治疗，免费服用抗病毒药物等，避免传染给新生儿。”我市一位艾滋病防治专家说。
