50岁以上经性传播染艾者增加 中老年男性应列入防艾重点人群

　　长期以来，艾滋病病毒感染的高危人群及主要人群年龄都在15岁~49岁。而中国CDC（疾病预防控制中心）性病艾滋病预防控制中心近期完成的一项研究提示，伴随着我国人口老龄化及社会经济的发展，50岁以上年龄组艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者报告数及构成比不断增长，不安全性行为是其快速增长的主要流行病学危险因素，中老年男性应成为未来艾滋病预防宣传教育及监测干预的重点人群之一。

　　中国CDC性病艾滋病预防控制中心利用艾滋病疫情网络直报信息，对近年来报告的50岁及50岁以上艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者进行了专项分析。结果显示，在2006年~2009年我国报告的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者中，50岁及50岁以上年龄组构成比呈逐年上升趋势，从7.8%上升至14.9%；该人群以男性为主，性别比从2006年的2.2增长至2009年的2.8，呈逐年增高趋势；报告例数随年龄增加而呈下降趋势，但65岁及65岁以上的老年人仍占相当大的比例，2006年65岁及65岁以上的报告例数占50岁及50岁以上总报告例数的21.5%，2009年增长至28.9%。

　　进一步分析其传播途径发现，50岁及50岁以上年龄组艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者的传播途径以性传播为主，且呈逐年上升趋势。2006年~2009年，异性传播构成比从37.8%增长至68.7%，同性传播构成比从0.7%增长至3.0%；经血液途径传播构成比呈逐年下降趋势，其中既往采供血传播从10.4%下降到5.4%，输血/血制品传播从10.3%下降到3.7%，注射毒品传播从2.8%下降到2.4%。从异性传播感染者性接触史看，报告有非婚异性性行为的比例逐年上升，从2006年的65.5%增长至2009年的75.9%。

　　该研究报告指出，由于生活质量改善和人均寿命延长，50岁及50岁以上中老年人的健康状况和性生活保持良好，特别是男性性活跃年龄会持续更久，且50岁左右时性满意度会高于年轻时期。而这种性需求往往被家庭和社会所忽视，从而引发不安全的性行为，造成艾滋病病毒感染和传播，给艾滋病预防控制带来困难。
