男子吸毒致一家三口染艾滋 称是受人所逼

7月6日晚上10时许，西乡塘公安分局衡阳派出所伏击守候抓获抱着儿子前去购买毒品的李某，由此引出一个悲凉的故事：因为李某的吸毒，一家三口全都染上艾滋病，而李某自称之所以吸毒，则是受人所逼。
本来李某要独自前往派出所接受调查，但他说当时妻子正好外出无法联系，怀中的儿子没人照料，只能抱着一起来到派出所。
在交代情况时，李某承认自己吸毒的事实，并供述因为吸毒，不仅自己，还连累妻子和孩子都染上艾滋病。至于为何会开始吸毒，李某说是受到前女友的威胁所致。
李某第一次结婚是在2005年，结婚前他曾与一名女子恋爱多年，因为女方不能生育，李某的父母坚决反对，两人因此分手，李某与另一名女子结婚。2006年，李某妻子生下一个可爱的宝宝，当时李某的前女友因为吸毒染上艾滋病，她对李某不与自己结婚的事情怀恨在心。
为把李某“拉下水”，前女友开始威逼李某去吸毒，并发出狠话：“不吸毒就搞你儿子。”爱子心切的李某生怕宝贝儿子真的会遭到不测，从此便沾染上毒瘾。
在吸毒之前，李某的父母曾经给他买了一辆35万元的货车跑运输，李某也攒下一点积蓄。但是因为吸毒，李某不仅吸掉几十万的积蓄，还丢掉工作。最终，妻子因为不能忍受李某高额的吸毒费用和暴躁的脾气，带着4岁大的儿子选择了离开。
2008年，李某再婚。当妻子怀孕42周快要生产时，李某突然反复发烧，没几天被医院查出患有艾滋病。进一步检查显示，李某的妻子也已经感染了艾滋病，当他们的儿子出生时，同样被查出感染艾滋病。
李某说，他曾经想一死了之，但是想到妻儿无人照料又不忍心死去。一个月前，他怀揣着赌博时赚来的几千元钱，携妻儿从马山老家来到南宁治病。但是李某因为吸毒，连丢失身份证都不敢到派出所补办，“没有身份证，医院又不给我开药看病。”
提到未来，李某流下眼泪，他捋起袖子和裤脚，看着已经溃烂的手脚说：“这辈子就这样毁了，可孩子还小，以后怎么办？”目前，李某的儿子因为染病反复咳嗽、发烧，李某很担心儿子会不会出现其他并发症，如果会，孩子还能活多久？
7月7日，李某被处以社区戒毒。至于这个艾滋家庭今后的生活状态，民警将会进行跟踪了解。 (黄沁琛 李有姣 乔麟惠)
