陕西将提高６大疾病报销比例

新华网西安９月８日专电（记者许祖华）陕西省将通过定点救治、住院费用限额控制等办法，提高急性白血病、恶性肿瘤、重性精神病等危及群众生命健康、医疗费用高、经积极治疗愈后较好的重大疾病医疗费用报销比例。
陕西省人力资源和社会保障厅近日下发的《关于提高城镇基本医疗保险重大疾病医疗保障水平的意见》中规定，保障病种先从解决城镇职工和城镇居民基本医疗保险参保人员所患重性精神病、恶性肿瘤手术和放化疗、终末期肾病器官移植、艾滋病机会性感染、学生儿童先天性心脏病和急性白血病入手。学生儿童先天性心脏病和急性白血病优先选择先天性房间隔缺损、先天性室间隔缺损、先天性动脉导管未闭、先天性肺动脉瓣狭窄、急性淋巴细胞白血病、急性早幼粒细胞白血病。
陕西省要求全省范围内统一提高重性精神病、恶性肿瘤手术和放化疗、终末期肾病器官移植、艾滋病机会性感染、学生儿童先天性心脏病和急性白血病等６类疾病报销比例。其中城镇职工和城镇居民基本医疗保险对重性精神病、恶性肿瘤手术和放化疗、终末期肾病器官移植、艾滋病机会性感染政策范围内住院报销比例不低于本市限定费用的８５％和７５％，城镇居民基本医疗保险对学生儿童先天性心脏病和急性白血病政策范围内住院报销比例不低于本市限定费用的７５％。对于７０岁以上患大病的参保人员，在住院和门诊医疗费用的报销，可进一步给予政策倾斜。各市还可根据基金支付能力，适当增加提高保障水平的重大疾病病种。
