自治区副主席铁力瓦尔迪·阿不都热西提作指示 天山网讯（记者赵军 热依拉摄影报道）12月25日上午，2008年度自治区防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议在乌鲁木齐举行，自治区副主席铁力瓦尔迪·阿不都热西提出席会议并讲话，自治区防治艾滋病工作委员会成员、各厅局和地州相关领导参加会议。 本次会议的主要任务是传达贯彻11月28日国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议精神，总结2008年我区艾滋病防治工作，交流防治工作经验，安排部署下一阶段的防治工作任务。
自治区防治艾滋病工作委员会副主任买买提·牙森讲话 会议上，自治区防治艾滋病工作委员会副主任买买提·牙森通报了全区艾滋病流行的基本趋势、防治工作的主要进展、经验和下一步的工作思路、建议等情况。他说，近年来，通过各级政府和全社会的共同努力，我区的艾滋病防治工作发生了很大变化，成绩得到了国家多部门联合监督检查组的肯定。 自治区副主席铁力瓦尔迪·阿不都热西提指出，今后各部门、各地州要认清形势，加强领导，把艾滋病防治工作摆在重要位置抓紧抓好；要认真落实“四免一关怀”政策，切实加强对艾滋病病毒感染者和患者的救治、关怀；要加快立法进程，使艾滋病防治工作纳入法制化轨道等。 他坚信，在自治区党委、人民政府的坚强领导下，在各级党政领导的重视和支持下，在全体社会的共同努力下，只要大家坚定信念、团结一致，强化责任、扎实工作，就一定能够把我区艾滋病防治工作做得更加扎实、深入、有效，为建设更加繁荣富裕文明和谐的新疆做出更新、更多的贡献。
