为了加强我国艾滋病的治疗工作，加强实验室在艾滋病防治工作中的能力建设，中国医学科学院艾滋病研究中心、克林顿基金会和中国医学科学院检验医学研发中心共同建立了一个艾滋病临床检验的培训基地，对全国从事艾滋病治疗的临床医生、护士、实验室技师和其他医务管理人员进行临床实验室技术的培训，普及与艾滋病相关的临床检验知识，提高治疗机会性感染的临床检验、诊断治疗、管理的水平，从而促进艾滋病的治疗质量。受主办方的委托，2008年12月20日甘肃省疾病预防控制中心举办了“全国艾滋病临床检验培训班”，我省兰州、天水、白银等7个市及县区的50多名临床医务人员及检验人员参加了培训。省疾控中心张建伟副书记主持了开班式，省卫生厅疾控处滕贵明处长致欢迎词。 中国医学科学院艾滋病研究中心周枫研究员、中国医学科学院检验医学研发中心闫峻及其他6位专家专程来兰授课，主要培训内容涉及六个专题的讲解——“艾滋病在全球及中国的流行现状”、“艾滋病病毒的致病机理”、“ HIV/AIDS的筛查和监测”、“机会性感染的诊断和治疗”、“ TB?HIV合并感染”、“性传播疾病及其实验室诊断”，分别从流行病学、致病机理及免疫学、临床检验学等方面全面深刻地揭示了艾滋病的由来和流行情况，其病原体——HIV病毒致病时黏附、变构、融合、释放、整合、复制、重组、出芽的过程和机制，其感染人体后实验室的检查方法和原理及病程发展和抗病毒治疗的监测等；另一方面通过病例介绍了各种HIV合并机会感染的临床表现、检查诊断方法和治疗方法，并重点讲解了HIV合并结核感染的诊断和治疗原则。 虽然培训只有短短的一天时间，但是专家们用生动的实例及交流、深入浅出的表达，细致耐心地讲解拓宽深化了学员的理论知识，强化了学员的实际工作能力，为我省今后艾滋病治疗工作奠定了良好的基础。 (甘肃省CDC性艾检测实验室)  |
