中越携手加强跨境卫生合作 共防性病艾滋病传播

中新社昆明十一月十二日电 (记者 徐向良 林燕)中国云南河口县政府与越南老街市政府，十二日在云南河口县举行“预防控制性病/艾滋病双边跨境合作第十三轮会谈”，并签署会谈纪要称，中越双边将加强卫生跨境合作，共同防控性病艾滋病的传播。
会上，双方回顾了二00九年根据第十二轮会谈纪要开展的双边卫生跨境防治工作，并对下一步合作的意向达成多项共识。纪要称，将“中国•河口/越南•老街预防控制性病/艾滋病双边跨境合作”改为“中国•河口县/越南•老街市卫生工作双边跨境交流合作”。双方就建立疫情信息沟通机制，探索双边出入境艾滋病防治高危人群(长卡司机、娱乐场所服务人员)的综合干预方法，争取双边警方对静脉吸毒人群干预的支持，稳固建立疟疾联防联控长效机制等达成一致。
针对当前全球甲型H1N1流感疫情的严峻形势，双方还一致同意疾病预防控制部门加强信息通报、疫情监测并加强医疗救治等技术领域的交流合作。此外，还就中越双边建立定期食品安全通报制度，针对进出口食品加强食品安全监测和信息通报，互派食品安全相关管理人员到对方食品质量检验机构参观学习等内容，达成一致。
中方代表团团长、云南河口县副县长冯锐表示，目前双边的跨境合作日趋完善，艾滋病防治和部分传染病的联防联控己显成效。但在合作开发印制中越语宣传材料、食品安全的宣传教育活动以及传染病疫情通报机制等方面的工作还不完善
越方代表团老街市政府人民委员会副市长阮氏北一行对纪要的内容表示赞同，并表示将积极与中国方面开展好卫生工作双边跨境合作。
据了解，自一九九八年以来，中国河口与越南老街市就开始有防控性病/艾滋病方面的跨境交流合作。十二年来，双边合作领域逐步拓宽，合作水平和层次逐渐深入，合作形式不断丰富。通过跨境交流合作，双方政府、各部门、社会各界和个人切实履行了防治艾滋病责任，全力推动防艾工作全面发展，有效提高了双方传染病防控和突发公共卫生事件的处置能力。(完)
