我省建筑业农民工防艾知识知晓度大幅提高

　　青海新闻网讯省住房城乡建设厅把开展农民工防艾知识教育作为建设行业义不容辞的职责，有针对性地在农民工中开展了一系列宣传教育工作，使农民工艾滋病防治知识知晓程度由2004年的20%，提高到2009年60%以上。

　　目前，我省建筑业有20多万农民工。为在农民工中普及艾滋病防治知识，提高他们的自我保健意识，降低经性途径等感染艾滋病的危险，省住房城乡建设厅结合整顿和规范建设市场、工程质量、安全及文明施工检查等活动中，把编印的宣传资料，及时发放到建筑施工现场流动务工人员及农民工手中。同时将艾滋病、性病防治知识作为建筑企业职工教育培训的重要内容，指导督促各级建设行政主管部门和建筑企业配合卫生部门，做好建筑工地流动务工人员艾滋病、性病防治知识的宣传教育等工作。

　　近年，我省建设部门会同共青团青海省委举办了“青春红丝带-建筑业务工青年预防艾滋病性病知识讲座”，向全省建筑行业务工青年发出倡议书，并邀请省卫生健康教育所的专家为务工青年讲解了有关预防知识。在8个大型施工现场举办了青年农民工预防艾滋病宣传教育活动，编印了《给全省建筑行业流动务工人员的一封信》、《防治艾滋病性病知识要点》、《外出打工预防艾滋病》等宣传资料。海西蒙古族藏族自治州建设局结合自身实际，印发了《防艾知识百问》、《爱的港湾》等宣传资料，开展了形式生动、内容丰富的宣传活动。各建筑施工企业结合实际，开展了生动活泼的宣传活动，在施工现场、民工宿舍等场所张贴有关法律法规、防治艾滋病性病知识、倡导文明健康生活等内容的宣传标语及挂图。三年来，全省建设行业共举办各种宣传活动50余次，张贴各类标语34000余份，发放宣传材料80000多份，各类展板270多块。(作者：薛长福马凯源)
