6月份重庆有22人因感染艾滋病死亡

核心提示：今日，重庆市卫生局公布全市6月份法定传染病疫情通报。通报中我市未发现甲类法定管理传染病，但乙类法定管理传染病不容忽视，仅6月份就有22人因感染艾滋病死亡。
华龙网7月23日14时30分讯（数字记者罗嘉） 今日，重庆市卫生局公布全市6月份法定传染病疫情通报。通报中我市未发现甲类法定管理传染病，但乙类法定管理传染病不容忽视，仅6月份就有22人因感染艾滋病死亡。
通报显示，乙类法定管理传染病15种8173例，死亡38例，其中艾滋病22例、狂犬病11例、肺结核3例、乙肝2例。月报告发病率为为28.79/10万，死亡率为0.13/10万，病死率为0.46%。与2009年6月相比，月报告发病率上升8.18％，死亡率上升2.70％，病死率下降6.12%；与2010年5月相比，月报告发病率上升3.52%，死亡率上升18.75%，病死率上升12.20%。发病数居前五位的病种依次是：肺结核、肝炎、痢疾、梅毒、淋病，占发病总数的97.75％。
本月报告丙类传染病8种7860例，死亡3例（均为手足口病）。月报告发病率为27.69/10万, 死亡率为0.01/10万，病死率为0.04%。与2009年6月相比，月报告发病率上升5.33%，去年同期无死亡；与2010年5月相比，月报告发病率下降5.23％, 死亡率、病死率无变化。报告发病数居前五位的依次为：手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、其它感染性腹泻病、风疹、急性出血性结膜炎，占发病总数的99.50%。
