中医药治疗艾滋病取得良好效果

本报讯 （记者 王丽强）记者从日前召开的省中医药治疗艾滋病项目工作总结会上获悉，我省自2004年开展中医药治疗艾滋病项目试点工作至今，已有219名艾滋病患者或感染者接受中医药治疗，降低了发病率和死亡率，患者反映良好。
从2004年开始，我省作为全国首批试点省份之一，确定了219名不适应抗病毒治疗的，退出抗病毒治疗的，接受抗病毒治疗但毒副反应较大的艾滋病患者及病毒感染者，自愿参加中医药治疗。治疗的基本方法是，向接受治疗的患者提供免费的中医药治疗，统一制作中成药或制剂，在医务人员指导下服用，必要时给予对症汤剂。病人同时可接受抗病毒治疗。
通过多年试点，结果显示，中医药治疗能显著改善艾滋病患者的临床症状，对发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状有明显疗效。治疗满24个月至60个月的总有效率都在80%以上。
今后，我省将在首批试点的基础上，结合全省艾滋病分布特点，逐步扩大试点范围和治疗人群，争取使符合治疗条件的艾滋病患者都能接受中医药治疗。同时加快中医药治疗艾滋病临床基地建设，力争建成1至2个省级中医药治疗艾滋病基地。

In the future, the first pilot province will be based on the combined distribution of AIDS across the province, and gradually expand the scope of the experiment and treatment groups, and strive to meet the conditions of treatment in AIDS patients have access to medical treatment.
