河南:艾滋病感染人数增幅下降 性传播成主要途径

　　    新华网郑州７月１９日电（记者李亚楠）记者从河南省卫生厅获悉，全省艾滋病经采供血途径传播得到有效阻断，性传播成主要传播途径；全省疫情虽然仍呈上升趋势，但增幅有所下降，连续３年报告艾滋病感染者人数逐年递减３００例左右。

　　    河南省卫生厅提供的数据显示，截至２０１０年底，河南省累计确认艾滋病感染者４９３３５人，其中现症病人２７７８６人，死亡１４６８０人，累计确认感染人数已从全国第二位降至第三位。

　　    另据统计，上述累计报告感染者中，性传播７６７３例，占１５．５５％；２０１０年新报告的３１７３例感染者中，性传播１４３８例，占４５．３２％。２０１０年前１０个月，河南省同性性传播人数占当年报告病例的比例为４．１６％，而２００４年这一比例仅为０．０６％。

　　    日前下发的《河南省人民政府关于进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的意见》也指出，河南省的艾滋病防治工作面临一些新情况，性传播已成为主要传播途径，男男性行为传播上升明显，有易感染艾滋病病毒危险行为人群和流动人群防控难度加大。

　　    河南省提出，到２０１５年年底，重点地区和重点人群艾滋病疫情快速上升的势头要得到基本遏制，全省艾滋病病毒感染者和病人数控制在６．５万人以内，艾滋病病死率控制在６％以下。

　　    为此，河南省在宣传教育、监测检测、预防母婴传播等方面提出了一系列防治措施。要求旅游部门在全省旅游饭店业推广使用安全套，逐步在娱乐服务等场所全面实施１００％安全套项目；城市社区和乡镇卫生服务人员９０％以上、村卫生室８５％以上要接受艾滋病防治知识和技能培训等。
