艾滋病唾液试纸让艾滋病检测变得如此轻松

　　    北京玛诺生物制药有限公司生产的爱卫AWARE（艾威尔）艾滋病唾液检测试纸问世，成功解决了个人自行检测艾滋病的难题，是国内首家艾滋病唾液检测试纸生产商。该项技术由美国克利普特生物医学公司引进中国，产品在2008年获得国家药监局注册，经过中国疾病预防控制中心、北京地坛医院、解放军302医院的临床试验结论表明：该试剂的灵敏度达99.3%，特异性达99.9%，准确度达99.8%，足以与传统的血检试剂相媲美。

　　    由于前期市场推广不够理想，使得广大高危人群对这个产品没有足够了解。该产品使用非常简单，用棉签在口腔内蘸取唾液后，在试剂盒中加入几种不同的检测试剂，30分钟就可快速检验出是否感染艾滋病。艾威尔艾滋病唾液检测试纸采用先进的免疫渗滤法，操作简便，采样时无痛，不会对受试者皮肤造成针刺损伤，极大降低了被检测者和医护人员受感染的风险。

　　    艾滋病唾液检测技术属于较前沿技术。美国卫生部最早于2004年批准了唾液快速检测法，中国在这一领域长期处于空白状态。普通的方法是抽血检测，需要在实验室进行，而且要较长时间才能出结果。而唾液检测仅需半小时就能完成，检测呈阳性者能够立即接受治疗。这种唾液检测试剂，还适用于一些不宜使用静脉采血的人群，比如儿童、肥胖者、静脉萎缩者等，便于医疗条件较差、采血困难的边远地区以及大规模人群初筛使用。更为关键的是，传统的艾滋病检测试纸是抽血检测增加了医护人员感染艾滋的风险，专业人员也必须经培训才能开展工作。而唾液检测一般医生和个人即可实施，从而对于个人自测艾滋病也起到积极的推动作用。

　　    据艾滋病咨询中心（www.aizibingshizhi.net）的专家介绍，目前这样的唾液试纸每人份售价在百元左右，不属于非处方药物范畴，药店暂时买不到，不过在不久的将来，有望在普通医药超市上架，将会很快进入家庭，成为人们自我检测艾滋病的一种方式。
