　　    内容摘要: 7月28日，记者从在资阳召开的全省劳教（强戒）系统规范化管理年活动实施阶段推进会上获悉，我省劳教系统已建立起对艾滋病强制戒毒人员集中筛查、转运、管理体制，实现了集中教育矫治。

　　

　　本报讯（记者 尹勇）7月28日，记者从在资阳召开的全省劳教（强戒）系统规范化管理年活动实施阶段推进会上获悉，我省劳教系统已建立起对艾滋病强制戒毒人员集中筛查、转运、管理体制，实现了集中教育矫治。

　　2008年5月，我省开始探索对艾滋病强戒人员实行集中管理。3年来，资阳强制隔离戒毒所探索出“蓝莲花家园”管理模式，取得较好效果。2009年底，被司法部确定为全国劳教系统艾滋病强戒人员集中管理示范基地。

　　省劳教（强制隔离戒毒）局局长林蒙昌表示，全省劳教（强戒）系统将按照司法部部署的全国监狱劳教系统规范化管理年活动要求，健全艾滋病强戒人员集中管理体制。
