红丝带情系打工者健康包温暖下社区

值此建党90周年之际，由全国工商联和国务院艾滋病防治工作委员会办公室联合主办，人力资源和社会保障部、住房和城乡建设部、农业部、卫生部、全国总工会、共青团中央作为支持单位，中华红丝带基金、北京潮人商会、首都高校青春红丝带社团领导小组办公室共同负责实施的“带健康包下社区”系列活动，近日在北京市朝阳区金盏乡皮村新工人剧场拉开帷幕。卫生部原副部长、中华红丝带基金副理事长彭玉，全国工商联原秘书长、中华红丝带基金常务副理事长谷彦芬，全国工商联扶贫与社会服务部副巡视员、中华红丝带基金副监事长刘薇等出席了此次活动。
据了解，朝阳区金盏乡皮村位于东五环和东六环之间，比邻温榆河，低矮的房屋，轰鸣的工厂，遍地的工地，是典型的城乡接合部。据悉，该村本地居民仅1000人，外来打工者超过了8000人，是一个密集的外来务工人员居住社区。打工人员在社区内自发地组织社区文化活动中心、打工子弟实验学校、打工人博物馆、新工人剧场、打工人影院等，丰富外来务工人员业余文化生活。同时，他们还成立了同心互惠商店，专门接收城里人不穿的衣服，清洗、整理干净后，再以5块、10块极低的价格出售给外来打工者，为打工子弟学校筹集经费。
刘薇代表主办单位致词。她对打工人自发地组织新工人剧场、打工者艺术团，丰富外来务工人员业余文化生活，共同建设精神文明家园表示肯定，同时她对大学生志愿者不畏酷暑、热情奉献、积极投身于“红丝带健康包”的发放活动表示赞赏。她说：“今天拉开‘送健康包下社区’活动的大幕，这对全国活动又是一次大的推动，将让我们有机会真正地走近外来工朋友们工作之外的生活，真正了解他们的现状，倾听他们的心声。”
彭玉在讲话中，高度评价“红丝带健康包”项目在加强外来务工人员职业安全健康和预防艾滋病宣传教育的重要意义。与会嘉宾为首都医科大学等10所高校的志愿者授旗，志愿者们接旗后宣誓，表达了服务社会、传递文明的志愿服务信念。彭玉为金盏乡社区文化活动中心颁发“红丝带志愿者实践基地”。此基地的建立，将为志愿者提供社会实践的机会，让他们能够积累更多的经验，更好地帮助需要帮助的人。
由外来工组成的新工人艺术团在活动上表演了他们的原创歌曲《天下打工是一家》，引起现场共鸣。新工人艺术团是打工者组建的一支主打原创歌曲的优秀乐团，并且成立了名为“工友之家”的NGO组织，在五环外的社区、工地等项目点巡演；周末还给打工者进行电脑培训等，并且在皮村开办了同心实验学校，为外来务工者的孩子提供学习的机会，他们自己做老师，同时，来自北京几所高校的社团组织志愿者，也常来学校做老师、做志愿者。同心实验学校学生合唱队表演的歌曲《红丝带家园之歌》和舞蹈队表演的舞蹈《好日子》，引起现场一阵阵掌声，孩子们稚嫩的声音唱出了他们的心声。
与会嘉宾共同为皮村的工友代表发放红丝带健康包并合影留念。据中华红丝带基金工作人员介绍，今年将为北京市外来人员密集的社区、工厂、工地发放3万个健康包，以后将逐年扩大项目范围，实现长期、可持续地为打工者“送温暖、送知识、送健康”。
