王健委员：让中医药走向世界 为艾滋病中医药提案
王健委员在给人民网网友写寄语“中医药如何走向世界？”“艾滋病人为什么遭遇看病难？”
政协委员、中国中医科学院中医药防治艾滋病研究中心常务副主任王健，由于日常工作的缘故，对中医药及艾滋病等这些看起来比较冷门的领域给予了更多关注。
中医药如何走向世界？
因为目睹过中医药在走入世界过程中面临的种种问题，王健委员对这一问题非常关注。他认为，在中医药在进入国际市场的过程中存在很多问题，“比如，中药剂型没有统一标准，不能得到西方的认可；而且，国外的中医诊所或中药经营机构个体为多，缺乏规模，难上档次；此外，在国外的中医师水平参差不齐，有的人打着中医的幌子治病赚钱，蒙骗老外等等。”
“问题还有很多。”王健委员认为，要解决这些问题，使中医药真正走向世界，需要“尽快建立与国际接轨的行业检测等，对产品的质量进行严格检测；同时，打造一批中医药样板企业，给予政策支持及指导，推荐到国外，以点带面，带动中医药全行业向高质量、国际化标准迈步，进而建立中医药的国际品牌；此外，要加强中医药院校国际化教育人才培训，利用现有资源如孔子学院等，在海外开设中医药的学位、学历教育，扩大中医药的影响。”
艾滋病人有就医权这几年，王健委员在两会的提案中一直在为艾滋病人争取权利，今年也不例外。王健委员对记者说，目前艾滋病人的治病权很成问题。“一些综合医院以各种理由拒绝艾滋病人的就医和手术；而专门收治艾滋病人的许多传染病医院，又缺乏实行手术治疗的条件。同时，一些医生害怕染上艾滋病，也不愿意为患者做手术。”
对此，王健委员提出，首先要制定法律法规，对因职业暴露而感染艾滋病的医务人员进行高额赔偿，从法律上解除高风险医务人员的心理负担。同时还要对加强对医务人员的艾滋病职业暴露的有关知识培训等。
